Shenzhen Suai Hotel (Nanyou Clothing City Sihai Subway Station Branch)

Stayed here for a business trip, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. The room was impeccably clean, the mattress provided an excellent night's sleep, and the bathroom with its separate wet and dry areas was very well-maintained and refreshing. It's not far from Sihai subway station, making transportation very convenient. The front desk staff were attentive and helpful, and the facilities are well-kept. It's quiet and not noisy, making it perfect for business travelers. Highly recommended!

Great choice for business trips, and my stay this time was excellent. The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities and a quiet environment. The service was prompt. The location is convenient, making business travel easy. Overall, I'm very satisfied and will choose this hotel again for my next business trip.

The service was enthusiastic, and the room was clean and tidy. It's also close to the subway.

Highly recommended! The front desk staff were very thoughtful and check-in was super fast. Plus, the price was really reasonable.

The front desk lady was a bit impatient but also friendly. Thumbs up! 👍🏻

Seriously, just look at the pictures for the hygiene (sheets with toilet cleaner residue, uncleaned cotton swabs, dried soup stains from the previous guest's takeaway on the table, and some random strip hanging off the back of the door). It's truly infuriating. The two stars for service are solely for the guy who came to change our sheets that evening. Why not five? Because he took forever, we waited almost 20 minutes in the room. But I can't really blame him, the front desk was constantly busy with calls even when we checked in. The 1.5 for atmosphere is for the morning sun that shines into the lobby, but honestly, the hygiene is absolutely, incredibly, unbelievably terrible.

The room environment is good, quiet, not noisy, and the staff's service attitude is excellent. Thumbs up!

The power outage was scheduled from 2 PM to 5 PM, so I figured I'd just be out during that time and it wouldn't be an issue. However, I got back at 6:30 PM, and the elevator was still out of order. I couldn't even get to my floor, and the stairs weren't an option either. I waited until nearly 8 PM for the elevator to finally work, only to find my room had no power. Someone had to come fix it before I had electricity again, around 10 PM. Then, the room next door had a power cut and needed repairs, and for safety reasons, the power to my room was cut again. I showered and went out, returning around midnight, and the power still hadn't been restored. Someone had to come fix it again. The lighting in the room was extremely dim. The cleaning lady was very nice, so I gave hygiene 5 stars, but everything else was really bad.
