This hotel has a lot going for it.....especially all the caramel marble and the incredible design.the front desk was expert-level in English and the lobby is gorgeous. I was happy to receive a room upgrade that looks toward Lowu Checkpoint. However, the F+B was all substandard. We had to wait 20 min after ordering gin + tonic in 360. Why? We did not get a warm welcome in 360 after identifying ourselves as guest as the hotel. Why? The service in the lobby lounge is so slow it is mind-blowing. The final insult: ***** hair was found in the tub (before I bathed). But this hotel has tremendous potential even with no major architectural changes. Just as it is ..total icon. They should cherish and promote this hotel. Think of some fun promotions and change the carpets. Stop acting like it is on some kind of death march. No 5 star is this close to the border. Nowhere. And no 5 star had this kind of view. They need to level up!

Good environment and location. While there is no robot for food delivery, minus some point for the hotel.

Great location and but suggest to upgrade the TV set. Kindly small for a deluxe room.

Super convenient, nice view, spacious and clean room. Highly recommended

Service was good ,places nearby to many shops & shopping malls . Breakfast was good,foods were fresh & varieties however for the buffet dinner is not that good ( Foods mostly were not fresh ) but expensive,I can say it does not match with the Price.And the room is clean however furniture & the room looks old .I expect Wow from this property due to Other ShangriLa property they are doing quite well .

I made a mistake in my hotel room reservation date a few days ago. front desk cashier Janice. helped us to solve my problem with courtesy, patient ,and an efficient way. We admire her stance with customer POV. My husband, I deeply appreciate . I wish her hv a Merry Christmas n a happy new year.

A Very small old room, The bedding is soft and feel like 3 star Hotel bedding. The carpet is very dirty. Shampoo and conditioner and bath gel is a very cheap, can not use it, after use your skin become very dry. Lobby is very nice, the breakfast is very good, picture is the toilet.

The facade is a 5 star hotel. Amenities and furnishing are very dated. Not sure why the waste bins do not use trash bags and looks filty. Listed as mountain view, but gotten room looking at another building. Very comveniently located next to the hong kong railway line and luohu metro. The staff are very attentive and service quality is top notch.

The hotel is conveniently located next to Shenzhen train station, which takes less than 8 mins walk through the underpass. Was happy to have the room upgraded to 22nd floor. The room view was spectacular with the border of HK and the City of Shenzhen, including the railway track consisting of high speed rail train and slow train. Breakfast was good with a variety of choices to pick from. Was actually thrilled to receive the spa voucher of 88 but alas, it was a disappointment as the service was poor. I came at 10pm, after changing my booking. The person in charge, just came hurriedly and spoke to me in Chinese( whereby my Chinese language was not so good as I am still a beginne) quickly and left me all alone by myself. As the massage room was in another area, where you need to step out from changing room, I was waiting for 10 mins to get a changing gown as I was only given a towel and disposable underwear. I went looking around for the attendant and found most of them in the front of entrance and none in the room, attending or checking on me. I just left without doing the massage. I report this to the hotel manager the next day, as I tried calling the guest service center and operator a couple of times after the incidentto give them feedback but nobody picks up the phone!
