The Westin Shenzhen Nanshan

Extremely disappointing hotel stay. The hotel feels very dated, like it's from 2016. The main issue is the poor soundproofing. The toiletries were also incomplete; there were no cotton swabs or razors provided, and I had to request them from room service. The hotel breakfast was also very mediocre. They provided breakfast on the first day, but surprisingly not on my second day of extended stay, even though the price was 200 more expensive than the first day. They also charged over 300 for breakfast. The lighting in both the lobby common areas and the rooms was quite dim. I usually stay at the Indigo across the street, and I tried this one out this time, but I was thoroughly disappointed.

The hotel is conveniently located right above a subway station. The rooms are well-equipped, and the express service by Lacey from Zhongxin was warm and patient. Highly recommended!

Great location, right across from Window of the World, with a view of the Eiffel Tower 🗼. It's seamlessly connected to Holiday Plaza, has a subway station nearby, and plenty of dining options. There's even a Pop Mart and an Apple Store.

The hotel is right opposite Window of the World and above Holiday Plaza. Downstairs, connected to the subway, there are all sorts of snacks available, which is really convenient. Our room was directly facing Window of the World, making it very easy to watch the light show. It's a shame there was no fireworks display that night. I'll definitely be back again.

My kid's on vacation, so I thought I'd give them a change of scenery for their homework, and I get a change of pace too! I debated booking this hotel for ages. It felt like it had been around forever, and I was worried the facilities and hardware might be outdated. In the end, poverty won out, and I booked it anyway (sorry, sorry, sorry, hahaha, saying it three times so no hard feelings!). I booked a Westin Suite, and the room was huge with a really smart layout. Plus, with the heavy rain in Shenzhen lately, wow! The vibe was absolutely incredible! This room has a dining table, a workspace, and a seating area – the separate zones are so well-designed, seriously! And two bathrooms! Next time, I might book two rooms, it felt like there might be a connecting door next to us. The view, honestly, was amazing. The lights at Window of the World at night were pretty good too! The bed and pillows were just right, very comfortable. I'd definitely come back again. Another super convenient thing is that the hotel connects directly to the mall, as shown in picture 10. For a rainy day, this hotel is an absolute lifesaver!

The hotel's location is excellent, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the beds are very comfortable. The staff are welcoming and friendly. It's very convenient for business trips, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Shenzhen.

The room was great, and the location was absolutely fantastic. We had to extend our stay for an extra day due to a typhoon, and the front desk service was excellent. Miller, in particular, provided excellent service.

This hotel is conveniently located directly opposite Window of the World, with direct access to Yitian Holiday Plaza mall and the metro station. Getting around, dining, and shopping are all just a few steps away. While the rooms are a bit dated, they are clean and comfortable. Any request we had was met with a quick and helpful response. Our flight was delayed due to a typhoon, and when we asked for a 2 PM checkout, the staff immediately agreed, showing excellent service 👍. A special shoutout to Chloe and Lacey at the express service center for their incredibly thoughtful and attentive service!
