5/5PerfectStaycation night since returning from another city on the train in evening. Price is reasonable compared to neighboring hotel, so had tea there, stayed here. I do think the lobby lounge and room service should remain open later, than 22:00. There’s some street vendors, noodle shops, and terrace lounges within walking distance towards the community. The room service is not 24 hours, so it does require one to leave after 10 o’clock if arriving late. The mall is next door with a few branded or unique shops. The window of the world is across the street, but that’s a little dated. The grange grill on the 25th floor has the absolute best steak despite being a little expensive. The view at night is great on both sides. Overall, the area is a good place to people watch and the nearby community is quite nice. Rooms comfortable, staff bilingual.

Haven't found the right property yet?
Amazing day at the Westin. Location is excellent just right across the street from Windows of the World and connected directly to shopping centre. Upgraded to room with view of Eiffel Tower. We had buffet dinner at the hotel which was amazing quality with mussels, oysters, scallops, prawns, steak , lamb chops, sushi and a huge variety of desserts. Was incredibly good value. I commend the hotel for sustainability but it would’ve been nice if there were bath salts or ability to access bath products whilst using the bath tub. In the end, one must step out of bath and have a shower in order to use the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Probably not the most environmentally friendly outcome. We were offered a late checkout at 1:30pm and was able to check in at 12pm. Pool was magnificent and concierge Daniel was particularly charming.
