The room's cleanliness was practical and sufficient; the bathroom and desk were tidy, making for a comfortable stay without any unpleasantness. The room facilities were reasonably well-maintained, with the air conditioning and bathroom amenities working perfectly, which was adequate for daily living. The hotel environment was quiet, and the common areas were well-kept. Its location is convenient for both getting around and dining. Overall, it was a very straightforward and practical stay, without any unnecessary frills.

I could snap a picture without having to go to a special observation deck; the guest room itself offered a panoramic urban night scene. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable; every corner, crevice, and bathroom mirror was spotless. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. Despite being in a bustling commercial area, it was surprisingly quiet at night, ensuring a truly restful sleep. Whether for a short business trip or a leisurely stay, this hotel is an excellent choice. The hotel's location is very central and convenient, just a 3-5 minute walk directly to Futian High-Speed Rail Station, Coco Park shopping mall, and the 116F observation deck of Ping An Financial Center. This time, I took the high-speed train from Futian Station to Hong Kong West Kowloon Station, which only took 14 minutes, making it incredibly quick and easy to get to Harbour City. The hotel environment is comfortable; the lobby and public areas are beautiful, and the room was clean and tidy, making for a very relaxing stay. I especially loved the fitness center and pool; the facilities are comprehensive and excellent. The front desk service was very warm and welcoming. They enthusiastically introduced the hotel and the surrounding area during check-in. The breakfast selection was also rich, with both Chinese and Western options, and the taste was great. The restaurant environment was also very comfortable. Overall, I was very satisfied with this stay, and I will definitely choose Crowne Plaza Shenzhen Futian again on my next visit to Shenzhen.
