The Ritz-Carlton Shenzhen

Right outside is Futian Station, which is super convenient. The hotel room feels great and the comfort level is excellent. They even communicated with us in advance about ongoing renovations and prepared our room early. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

Aaron was a great help, and all the staff were very nice. I especially loved the freshly made wontons for breakfast.

The room was excellent, and the service was very attentive. Next time I'm in Shenzhen, I'll definitely stay at The Ritz-Carlton again. The welcome drink at the front desk was delicious. The doorman at the entrance proactively opened the door and helped with my luggage, and was very polite. The room was also cleaned diligently; every time I returned, I found it had been tidied up. Coming back to a clean room after being out was very comforting!

The room was clean and tidy, spacious, and the bedding was soft, ensuring a very peaceful sleep. The staff were attentive and polite, responding promptly. Overall, it's the usual Ritz-Carlton standard. The CBD night view is fantastic, and the stay felt like a perfect leisure getaway. I will definitely choose this place again next time I visit Shenzhen. Highly recommended!

The newly renovated Ritz has significantly improved the room quality. The staff's service attitude is excellent, and the bathroom amenities are my favorite brand, Diptyque – showering with them leaves you feeling really fragrant and comfortable. The pool is also large and clean. I'd definitely want to stay here again! 👍

Service: Special thanks to Bella and her team! The Ritz's service attitude was satisfying, but due to objective renovation issues, construction noise could be heard on every floor (starting at 8:30 AM, even on weekends). Bella was very considerate in trying to resolve the issue, and I'm very grateful. I believe this also perfectly embodies the Ritz's 'Ladies and Gentlemen serving Ladies and Gentlemen' philosophy. Facilities: The current Ritz-Carlton Shenzhen is definitely not in its best state. Even in the newly renovated rooms (renovation completed six months ago), there was still a faint smell of renovation. Running an air purifier made it tolerable. The new rooms are indeed spacious and well-maintained, with very new facilities. Pool: It's very small and the water is extremely shallow. Many people just walk across the pool, and there's no staff to stop them. The 'fire cloud' evening view is beautiful, but I wouldn't recommend it for serious swimmers. If you're just looking for a photo op, it's fine. Cigar Bar: The staff were very patient, but the quality of the cigars varied, and the cocktails were just average. Overall, as a first-time guest at the Ritz-Carlton Shenzhen, I found their service to be the best among hotels in the Futian district. However, objectively speaking, the renovation definitely detracted a few points from their 100-point service. I look forward to a better experience on my next stay at the Ritz! 🥂

During my stay, I had several small requests, and Erin always responded quickly and with great enthusiasm, maintaining a patient and thoughtful service attitude throughout. She is excellent at observing details, remembering guest needs and preferences, and proactively offering considerate care. Her service was perfectly balanced – warm yet never forced, gentle yet highly refined, making me feel respected and genuinely cared for. The hotel's overall environment is elegant and grand, with clean and tidy rooms and complete facilities, showcasing luxurious quality in every detail. However, what truly touched me the most was the hotel's service team, represented by Erin. It's precisely because of dedicated and sincere staff like Erin that my trip to Shenzhen was exceptionally warm and comfortable, completely eliminating any travel fatigue. I sincerely commend Erin for her outstanding service, which truly elevates the service quality of The Ritz-Carlton, Shenzhen! For my future business trips or holidays to Shenzhen, I will definitely prioritize staying here and will highly recommend it to my friends and family!

The room facilities are incredibly comprehensive and thoughtful! All room amenities are well-stocked! The room's cleanliness is absolutely fine! The room service and executive lounge are unparalleled. The hotel staff and lobby manager are highly professional, providing top-notch service. The executive lounge environment and food are excellent! Our child is already looking forward to staying here again! Our child even kept one of the hotel key cards, which is great! The night view is beautiful!
