Overall, the room was clean, though attention to detail could be improved. I was pleasantly surprised to find it equipped with a washing machine, a fridge, and an induction hob. The high ceilings made the room feel open and airy, and it was quiet. The air conditioning had a slight noise, but it wasn't very noticeable; I'm not sure if it's a malfunction, but I'd suggest getting it checked.

The hotel is incredibly close to Shenzhen Science Park, just a 12-minute journey away. Shenzhen University is a mere 5-minute walk, and the city center is only a 5-minute taxi ride. There are abundant options for breakfast, supermarkets, and various dining choices nearby, so you'll never be short of food. The room amenities are exceptionally comprehensive, including air conditioning, a range hood, and a washing machine. The complex also boasts a fantastic sky garden and a swimming pool, which is truly amazing. Security is a top priority: key card access for the building, 24-hour security personnel, and CCTV coverage in the hallways ensure complete peace of mind. What's more, the rooms are wonderfully bright and sunny, preventing any feeling of being cooped up or confined.

The room was very spacious, and having an in-unit washing machine and an open-plan kitchen made our stay incredibly convenient. The location is excellent – it's literally right next door to Shenzhen University, and also just a short distance from Mangrove Sports Park, Shenzhen Bay Port, Shekou Port, Happy Harbor, and Nantou Ancient City.

The hotel has a great location, easy to find and close to the metro. I was visiting Window of the World with friends. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and well-equipped. A kind staff member even upgraded my room to one with a small living area, which was very convenient. I was very pleased with my stay.

This hotel is truly excellent, boasting a superb and easy-to-find location near Shenzhen University. It's incredibly convenient for business travelers heading to Tencent in Nanshan, with easy access to both tourist attractions and office buildings. The price is very reasonable, offering great value for money, and the service is excellent. The staff are enthusiastic, professional, and provide incredibly helpful recommendations. A major plus is that the rooms are very large, spacious, and well-ventilated. They are also fully equipped with amenities such as a washing machine, refrigerator, hairdryer, desk, hangers, and more, which made doing laundry incredibly convenient. The room also included two complimentary bottles of mineral water, and with the hot weather, being able to buy fruit and store it in the fridge was a huge convenience. The room was spotlessly clean, and the air conditioning was powerful and effective. Disposable toiletries were neatly arranged and individually packaged. Downstairs, there's also a row of restaurants, making dining very convenient. Overall, it's a fantastic place! Everything was excellent!

Had a fantastic stay! The hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient transportation. It's surrounded by malls, restaurants, and attractions, making both sightseeing and shopping incredibly easy. A supermarket, coffee shop, and convenience store right downstairs further add to the convenience. The ground-floor restaurants offer a rich variety of delicious and reasonably priced food. The rooms are well-appointed with all necessary amenities. They were spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and in great condition, providing a reassuring sense of comfort. The rooms are also very spacious with good air circulation and lovely views from the window. The staff were incredibly friendly and even upgraded my room for free. Every step, from check-in to check-out, was seamless and pleasant. They were always quick to assist with any questions or issues, demonstrating top-notch service. Overall, it offers excellent value for money, and the cleanliness standards are exceptional. Highly recommended!
