Room smells moist… cleanliness was still acceptable… room is a bit dim… gym is big and very well equipped.. breakfast selection is good range.. many eating place opposite to hotel.. and shopping place was great to find necessities.

I like to review the hotel. The hotel staff was very helpful and specially the front staff was very polite and one of the front desk staff Antonio came out and did extra mile to help us to set up payment systems in China. We both had a good stay with a good room with a city view. I recommend any one wants to visit Shenzen to stay at Sheraton hotel Shenzen.

This is our first time staying in Sheraton Shenzhen Futian Hotel and we like this hotel a lot! As one of the Sheraton's hotels, its services and the facilities (i.e. fitness centre, pools and catering) are supreme. Very convenient location as well, right next to the train station. Overall, we recommend this hotel!!

The hotel is so convenient and the staff is so helpful and very friendly and good attitude the city view is so nice and beautiful and I will recommend the hotel to my friends actually it’s my first time to shenzhen I think this hotel is middle of the city wonderful!GRO Antonio and GSM Ivy is really nice

Location: very good. Subway station access in B1 hotel Interior: old but very well maintained. Very clean. Non smoking floor is very clean. Facilities: great gym, swimming pool outdoor & indoor (heated) Cleanning lady: did very good job & friendly There is family mart inside hall
