We stayed 2 nights at the Grand Hyatt SHZ hotel - the experience was really good. Location very near high end luxury shopping. Very well positioned, near to almost all places that we wanted to go. 5 min drive to the largest electronics area in SHZ. Overall location is ideal for us.
Hotel was good, especially the Terrazza at the Ground floor. The lady manager speaks very good English and she is very accommodating along with her team. Food was really really good! Food choices at their breakfast buffet was great - a wide selection of Asian & Western dishes, healthy options too!
One thing we do noticed was the sheets, pillows, and the towels - they were clean clean - but had a funny smell - it's not the fresh, no-smell type - it does have a peculiar smell...

Great stay, very nice room with comfortable bed.
Visited the Penthouse bar, lovely ambience with great selection of alcohol and a Teppanyaki bar.
Located directly next to and connected to a luxury mall, so lots to explore.
My only gripe would be the need to change lifts, moving from ground to check-in floor at L35 then changing again to get to your room (as most are below the 35th floor).
Arrived just before Typhoon Ragasa, so the hotel posted daily updates on typhoon status in the main lobby which was most useful.

Definitely a five star hotel standard. Room was upgraded to the grand hyatt suite which was very spacious and comfortable. Room has a very nice view with electronic curtains. Location is very convenient if you are hanging around Luohu district. Will definitely revisit again if there is attractive price deals.

深圳君悦真的驚喜滿滿！入住前推薦了周邊好玩的。到店後房間安排得妥妥當當，寬敞又整潔，房間的景觀太絕了，俯瞰城市超有氛圍感。下樓就是萬象城，逛街、吃美食都方便，一站式逛到爽。服務更是沒話説，貴賓服務部的Selina也很熱情，餐廳的選擇也多，吃得超滿足。下次來深圳肯定還選這兒！
