First off, the check-in time was indeed quite long, but it's understandable given it was peak summer season. They even offered drinks while we waited, which was a nice touch! As an InterContinental member, I also received two complimentary drinks at the bar. The hotel's facilities are excellent. I went for a spa treatment while my child and husband went swimming – a perfect arrangement. As soon as I finished my spa, the butler notified me that our room key was ready! There was also a welcome fruit platter in the room. The room's view was absolutely unbeatable! We truly felt at home and enjoyed every moment. However, I actually found the breakfast to be even better than the dinner buffet. The oil-splashed noodles at breakfast were delicious 😋, and the chef who made them had such character, clearly demonstrating his passion for food. I really admire him! Thumbs up to him! 👍 For dinner, the seafood wasn't very fresh; the oysters and crab meat were quite loose. Plus, on the second night, we wanted to try the Southeast Asian restaurant, but upon arrival, many dishes were unavailable, which was a bit disappointing, so we left to eat elsewhere. Also, the restaurant closes at 9:30 PM. Overall, having stayed at this hotel over 10 years ago, returning now with my child, I still highly recommend it! The pool and beach are amazing, offering great privacy for guests! We will definitely be back 😊

Even though we encountered a typhoon and it rained constantly, I'm glad we chose this resort hotel. The hotel won't get boring because of bad weather; it has several ball pits, a swimming pool, and a gym, so both adults and kids can have a great time. The hotel's guest relations manager added me on WeChat a day in advance and helped book activities that required reservations, so there was no need to worry about food, drinks, or entertainment. The hotel also prepared a bathtub liner, so I could enjoy a relaxing bath. The only downside was a musty smell, common in Guangdong's weather and being close to the sea. The hotel's breakfast selection was quite extensive, and the taste was also on point.

I highly recommend the InterContinental Shenzhen Dameisha Resort, and I want to give a special shout-out to the Guest Relations team! The staff provides professional and attentive service. They proactively contacted me before arrival to confirm my needs, and any issues I raised during my stay were quickly followed up and resolved, all with a gentle and polite demeanor. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, the room was clean and comfortable, and the sea view was delightful. The hotel's private beach and pool areas are fantastic, making for a truly relaxing holiday vibe. It was the meticulous and excellent service from the Guest Relations team that made the entire stay so comfortable, truly reflecting the high standards expected of the InterContinental brand. Definitely worth a return visit.

Aside from the high price, there's nothing wrong with this place. It would be even better if there were more activities for kids. The hotel's location is excellent, making it a great choice for beach activities, and the service is also very good. Breakfast at the executive club wasn't crowded, and while the selection wasn't huge, the quality was decent.

I usually love staying at InterContinental hotels, but this trip was truly the best in terms of both my personal experience and the environment! I was fortunate to participate in a training session thanks to Teacher Daqi's team, and that's how I ended up staying at this hotel. The hotel Teacher Daqi chose has been my favorite among all my travels so far. It was supposed to rain those days, but miraculously, the rain stopped, and the weather was beautiful. In the afternoon, I enjoyed the sea breeze on the beach and spent a long time just relaxing. It was breathtakingly beautiful and I'm so grateful. The hotel also offers yacht experiences and other recreational activities, and the food is delicious – I highly recommend it! I rarely write reviews voluntarily, but I'm truly grateful. If I have another chance to visit Shenzhen, I'll definitely stay here again! In fact, I'm very thankful for this hotel. It's clean and comfortable, and I'm very grateful to Teacher Daqi and everyone at the hotel. Thank you 🙏

The main building is great for families with young children, with plenty of activities for kids. The Executive Tower is better for a quiet getaway, offering a more luxurious and picturesque experience. Regardless of where you stay, I highly recommend taking a yacht excursion at least once; it's a fantastic experience. The hotel's Guest Relations Officer was very attentive and helped me resolve all the issues I brought up. Highly recommend!

This holiday, I experienced the most satisfying service from InterContinental! A big thank you to the thoughtful lobby manager in the main building. The housekeeping staff in the executive lounge were also incredibly meticulous and attentive, catering to our needs daily! This is our second year at InterContinental, and we will definitely be back for a third and fourth time!

The hotel's location and exterior environment are excellent. The private beach is fine and clean, and the pool area is also very well-maintained with clear water, which was the biggest highlight of our stay. Regarding the room itself, the hygiene was acceptable, but it was noticeable that some equipment was beginning to show its age, and there's room for improvement in the detailed maintenance. Additionally, the water pressure in the bathroom was low, which somewhat affected the hair washing and showering experience.

It was great! I barely left the hotel during my stay, just relaxing for days. The infinity pool, the sea, and the beach were all fantastic. When I got tired, I just rested in my room. Even though it's close to the sea, the soundproofing was excellent once the door was closed, so I slept very soundly.
