The facilities and amenities are all very complete and generally quite good. The front desk is on the second floor, and check-in was super fast; they didn't make us wait long at all. They even helped us with our luggage and explained everything about the room, which was really, really enthusiastic. Everything is fully equipped and works perfectly fine. The projector even comes with a built-in membership, which is a great bonus!

The room facilities were quite comprehensive. There's a communal laundry room with a dryer, and the front desk staff were great. Since it was constantly raining in Shenzhen, the front desk even gave us an umbrella, which was quite good. We were also able to store our luggage and they extended our check-out time.
