Cleanliness was impressive – the place was spotless. Its proximity to Happy Valley is a huge plus; it's just a 10-minute walk, and you can even catch glimpses of the park's facilities from the hotel. The front desk service was excellent; they were very responsive and easy to communicate with if any issues arose. The soundproofing is just average. I'd recommend asking for a room without an occupied room next door, as some guests tend to leave their doors open while talking, which naturally affects the noise levels. The front desk service at the hotel was excellent. Upon check-in, I received a free upgrade to a room with a window. The housekeeping staff was also very kind. Although the hotel is small, the rooms were surprisingly clean and comfortable. We booked the 'Forest Oxygen Bar Room,' which came equipped with an oxygen machine. Both the bedding and bathroom were spotless, ensuring a very relaxing stay. A Walmart supermarket is just a five-minute walk away, and the area also boasts a variety of local eateries (we recommend Chen Pengpeng Chaoshan Cuisine, Xianggengji Chicken Pot Hotpot, and several snack shops near Walmart).
