The location is about 20-30mins walk if u are dragging a luggage but it gets faster if you don’t have a luggage. The hotel is next to convenience stores but there are not much food options in the immediate vicinity. Overall is a basic hotel which is clean, but the hotel needs to be stricter on guests who smoke in the public areas. The corridors are filled with smoke and cigar smell and there’s no ventilation for the smell to escape. When i asked the manager why they allow the guests to smoke in the corridor she said they talked to the guests but can’t do anything else. This is not only a nuisance to other guests but also a major fire hazard. Other minor things, they have a fridge in the room but it does not work. I can only say I will not return again.

Service is good. Relatively close to the port. However, it doesn't have much amenities and restaurants around the area. The hotel is clean.But the staff's understanding English is just fair.

The hotel location is 10 mins walking distance but with a heavy luggage you have to take a taxi. Some taxis don't want to go to a suck close-by hotels. I extended my stay by 1 day and to get the another days' fare the staff knocked at my door at 9 pm asking to pay asap immediately though they did not speak a word of English and used their phone to translate. I asked them if I could pay the next morning when I check out and they refused as if not trusting me. My Intl credit card did not work in this hotels so I had to pay cash. I will not stay in this hotel next time., my stay with the above argument was not happy. There are better hotels in Luohu area.

Sitting bathrooms are connected together, after bathing water skimmed to the toilet floor, easy to slip, no new toilet paper, only half of the toilet paper in the toilet cubicle, outside the corridor smoke smell is very heavy, the advantage is washing hands and toilet cubicle separate

The room is very comfortable. The front desk 246 service is very good. This is the fifth time I have stayed here. It feels like home. It is very close to Luohu Port. Everything in the room is clean and hygienic.

The family came to Shenzhen to play and bought a lot of things. They had a great time. The girl at 246 in this hotel had a very good service attitude. She helped us introduce food and book attractions for us. It was highly praised.
