Kingkey Palace Hotel Shenzhen

The hotel's Chinese restaurant is great – delicious food, excellent service, and good value for money. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting. The room was good too, no issues there. I also used the swimming pool, which was fantastic; it was clean, and the lifeguard was friendly and responsible. Thumbs up! My only minor complaint was during check-in. The staff member seemed like they were from another department, perhaps filling in. Their training didn't seem up to par, and their attire wasn't very professional, which left a less-than-ideal first impression.

The best part was being able to take the hotel shuttle directly to the Intercontinental's exclusive beach. It was so convenient and hassle-free, allowing us to enjoy a quiet, private ocean view – truly delightful~ Overall, the value for money is outstanding. The service, dining, and amenities are all top-notch. If you're looking for a holiday in Dameisha, Shenzhen, this is definitely the place to choose. I've already recommended it to friends and will be back again!

Stayed here on ***** New Year's Eve. Booked a supreme sea view room on the 11th floor, and the view was absolutely stunning. The moment I opened the balcony door and saw the ocean, I knew the room rate was worth every penny. We pre-booked our New Year's Eve dinner, and it was incredibly popular. The dishes were all delicious, and even the God of Fortune came to interact with each table. The festive atmosphere for Chinese New Year was fantastic!

The sea view is great, and there's a free shuttle to the InterContinental beach, which isn't crowded, so the kids had a blast. Plus, an outlet mall is right next to the hotel. The hotel restaurant has delicious food at reasonable prices. The staff are all very friendly. It's an excellent choice for a holiday.

The room is very spacious, and so is the double bed! The bathroom is large with a separate shower and toilet. Sharing the beach with InterContinental Dameisha is a huge plus! There's a shuttle to the beach every half hour. The sand is soft and lovely. It truly felt like a vacation, and it's close to Dameisha and the Outlets! There's also a small outdoor playground for kids.
