The room is good to share with friends as it’s big. We had a very comfortable sleep. There is also coffee shop in GF and the location is very convenient as well. Mr. Chen was very helpful throughout our stay. 😊😊

The hotel is well located in the city center with convenient transportation. There is a robot delivering takeout on the first floor. There is luckin coffee located there too which is very convenient.  No. 8 convenience very good very good

Mr. Chen is friendly the room is clean and one floor at the coffee shop and near the Cocoa Park and the Civic Center convenience store in the fort floor

I highly recommend staying at this hotel. The hotel service was perfect. We were and felt very well looked after during our entire stay. Our caretaker - Mrs. (Name Number Four) tried very hard and was extremely helpful, we changed the room to one that met our expectations without any problems, she gave us advice and accurate recommendations. Her colleague was similarly helpful. Communicative knowledge of English is particularly important. Cleanliness impeccable. Tasty breakfasts. Good location - close to pubs and shops, a short walk to shopping centers in Futian. In addition, after checking out we received a gift - it is an extremely nice gesture. We appreciate the service and recommend staying at this hotel. We will definitely come back.

Overall I had a pleasant stay. The employees at the check in desk were very friendly when greeting me at the front desk and checked me in and gave me my room card key within minutes. The hotel has a proper lobby area on the first floor and the check desks are well staffed and well lit and easy to find and so when you’re first checking in, you get a good impression of the hotel. There is also a luckin coffee shop and convenience store in that same first floor lobby so you can pop down and get something to drink easily. They also reserve two elevators in the building for hotel guests only and so its easy to enter and leave your hotel room. The hotel room itself was very well cleaned, the toilet area was very well cleaned and the bed linens were clean too. There was also no smell of cigarette smoke at all and also there wasn’t any smell of cigarettes coming from other hotel rooms through the centralised air ventilation (maybe because there weren’t many guests staying on my floor on the day of my stay). The noise proofing between the room door and the outside corridor was quite good so I didn’t hear other guests on my floor leaving and entering their rooms from inside my room. The hotel room was very spacious for me as I was using the room alone and there was a nice area where I could unpack my carry on suitcase and even a small round desk with a chair where you could work on a laptop or eat takeaway. My room had quite a large sized window (they tint the windows to make the sunlight that enters the hotel room to not be too intense). The curtains were super thick and blocked out all outside light and so I could have a completely dark room at night for good rest and sleep. The air conditioning in the room worked very well and both the coolness and intensity could be adjusted easily. It was very easy to use didi to call a taxi and leave the hotels for meals or walks. For example, it only took 7 minutes to get to coco park shopping centre and 5 minutes to get to futian high speed rail station.

Mr. Chen reception is a friendly the room is comfortable. One floor of the coffee shop is near to the Civic Centre is very convenient. The roomis quite.
