Response from Property: Dear guest, thank you for your review of our hotel! Regarding your experience during your stay, you left at 11:00 AM and returned after 4:00 AM. Your phone was also disconnected. You expressed your intention to extend your stay but did not actually place an order. During this time, the power was cut off for 17 hours without removing your card, posing a serious fire hazard. Our housekeeping department performed a follow-up cleaning at 2:00 PM for both the rooms that had not been extended and the rooms that had been extended. Upon discovering the fire hazard, they removed the card and cut off the power. This angered you, leading to your outburst at the front desk in the early morning hours and leaving negative reviews on both Ctrip and **. We deeply regret this.
