First time in Shenzhen, and this hotel is really close to North Station. I have to say, the service was excellent and very attentive. The staff member knew it was my first time in Shenzhen and recommended some great places to eat and fun spots nearby. There's a late-night snack place close by that had really good food, and a convenience store downstairs, which made it super easy to grab anything I needed. Plus, they have a robot that delivers things to your room, which was a nice touch! Very satisfied 👍

The receptionist is nice and helpful. My taxi rides from/to Shenzhen North Railway Station only took about 15min (early morning).
