Let's visit Hong Kong with my little one this summer! We departed from Guangzhou, and the hotel is very close to the MTR station, which is super convenient! It's about a fifteen-minute MTR ride to Lo Wu, and customs clearance was quick and easy. The environment is nice and tidy, and the service attitude was excellent 👍👍👍. This apartment hotel has a fantastic environment! We booked a two-bedroom suite with one large bed and one small bed. The owner, seeing that there were 8 of us, even helped us add an extra bed, which was just enough for everyone to sleep comfortably. The owner is truly wonderful! Additionally, the room facilities are very comprehensive. There's a washer-dryer combo and even a drying rack for clothes. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with an induction hob and a cooking pot, so you can easily prepare simple meals, which is very convenient.

She gave excellent instructions for my arrival, stay, and early check out and messaged me my wifi and food delivery address information without me having to ask. She also kindly brought my welcome tea, snacks, and gifts right to my door. In my hurry to leave and arrive at the airport on time, I forgot a few things, He Ling kindly handled those as well. I am very grateful for her care. HOTEL REVIEW: The hotel is well located with many shops below and several places to visit nearby. My room was clean and comfortable. I had no complaints. However, my favorite part was definitely the view. 180 degrees of Shenzhen is absolutely lovely both day and night. Deliveries can also be made directly to your door and there is a good variety of options. This is an excellent choice for those on a budget. TLDR; Kind staff, great location, excellent views, budget friendly.
