The building entrance is next to heytea. You need to talk to security and they requested you to scan QR and register so you can go to 15F for check in. Staff are nice and room is spacious and comfortable. Location is good, close to my family in shenzhen. 5mins walk to Lawson convenience store and 10mins walk to a local style beef noodles soup place. They open 24hrs so it’s a good late night snack if you like Chinese style food.

The staff was super kind and helped us even at 1am when we had an allergy. They gave us chargers also when they found out we didn’t have one

You have to be careful with your belongings.
The cleaner threw away my toothbrush that i bought from Japan. Although their follow up was good and found my toothbrush back , I will never dare to use it again. Probably took it out from the garbage.
Overall, the stay is good. near subway, there is a shopping mall right downstairs and is very close to the subway like 3 - 5mins walk only.

Our stay has been pleasant and beyond our expectations. The staffs are so nice and welcoming. Whenever there are language barriers, the staffs are always patient and accommodating. The room itself is very clean, it exactly resemble the photos uploaded in Trip. The place is super convenient, nearby shops and restaurants. Its about 10-15 mins away from Luo Wu port. Definitely will come back again to stay

Really good value, definitely recommend everyone stay here. The small apartment has everything for staying a day or longer. It’s clean has good tv, has combination washer/dryer, slippers, and various toiletries. It even has some extra detergent. It’s quiet and near the subway. Much better than the small hotels nearby! For what you pay this is great value in Shenzhen. The view is nice and the bed is comfortable.
