This is the service standard a luxury hotel should have! From the moment the reservation was confirmed, a dedicated butler was in touch throughout, proactively confirming our needs and making thoughtful arrangements. For my birthday stay, not only was our room upgraded to a Deluxe Executive Room, but we also received a custom cake and embroidered pillowcases – full of delightful details. Although the room had a classic feel, it was impeccably maintained. The Frederic Malle amenities had a sophisticated scent, and the marble bathroom was spacious and comfortable. The 24-hour room service was incredibly prompt; extra water or pillows were delivered in an instant. The treatments at Yué Spa on the 8th floor were incredibly stress-relieving, with seven spacious treatment suites offering an immersive and relaxing experience. The hotel is a tranquil oasis amidst the bustling city, perfectly suited for business trips, family vacations, or romantic getaways. I've already recommended it to all my friends who appreciate quality!

I chose the Shenzhen Four Seasons Hotel primarily for its incredibly convenient location, close to shopping malls and a variety of restaurants, which made exploring the city very easy. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the front desk staff who recognized me as a repeat guest and kindly upgraded me to a spacious corner room—such a thoughtful touch that made my stay even better. While the hotel isn’t brand new and some facilities show signs of age, everything was impeccably maintained and fully functional, which really speaks to their commitment to quality. I also had the chance to enjoy the hotel’s lunch buffet, which offered a wide selection of delicious dishes—definitely a highlight of my visit. The staff throughout the hotel were consistently friendly and attentive. For these reasons, the Four Seasons remains my first choice whenever I visit Shenzhen.

Mara who checked in for us is most helpful. The service staff at the breakfast are all very friendly and very service oriented. The location is excellent near to all the key retail areas. The room is clean. Highly recommended!

Due to work, I extended my stay for another night. It was super convenient that Stella at the front desk helped update my room card, and I also saw my old friend, Supervisor Mamara, who is always so kind. My original room was particularly smooth, and room service was prompt, tidying up the room without disturbing my work or rest! I was out entertaining a lot this time, so I didn't get a chance to enjoy a drink at the hotel, but I still think their wine selection is excellent. They even had a Cote du Rhône, a wine I used to really like when I lived in Switzerland – highly recommend it! They were also very accommodating with a late checkout until 2 PM. And since I used a card sleeve, I didn't even need to return the room card when checking out, which was even more convenient! Looking forward to coming back next time!

This was my first time staying here, and the hotel's location is excellent. It's super convenient for dining out and shopping, and also very close to the high-speed rail station. I'll definitely be staying here again in the future and highly recommend it to everyone. It's truly fantastic.

We had a most wonderful 3 night stay celebrating our 33rd anniversary at the Four Seasons in Shenzhen ,China They have so kindly surprised us with a beautiful & delicous cake with a greeting card from Lynsey. Even our pillows have embroidered ."Happy anniversary wishes on it We are so touched by the details .- We enjoyed the Spa service which was also five star. Such a treat after a full day's activity . All in all , a perfect celebration.

We were last here when I was 8 months pregnant, now back again with my 5 month old baby! Got upgraded to a bigger room again with all the baby amenities! Cot, steriliser and bottle warmer too! Staff at check in were super helpful and friendly, we were a few hours early and they still allowed us to check in given travelling with a baby. Location is great, walkable distance to lots of restaurants.

Excellent value for money at this Four Seasons hotel. The location is incredibly central, with easy access to many shopping malls and a wide variety of dining options nearby. The subway is also conveniently located. The room was spacious, the bedding was comfortable, and the hotel arranged for us to have a high-floor room. The service was great.

The location is excellent with many commercial facilities nearby. From the room, you can see the Ping An Finance Centre. The room is very spacious, especially the bathroom which is huge, and there's a separate walk-in closet.

It was a very satisfying accommodation. The concierge, reception, restaurant, and room are all the best hotels. In particular, I was really moved by the delicate and thoughtful service of Jay Lee, the restaurant's executive chief. If possible next time you visit Shenzhen, I would like to revisit.
