Received free upgrade during non peak seasons, excellent service for staff to go the extra mile to celebrate birthday for my young daughter. Personal hand written note was a very nice touch. No. 1 hotel in Shenzhen for us so far. Highly recommended

Was a lovely and memorable stay, warm welcoming staff, great location with malls beside. This trip was to celebrate my wife’s birthday, hotel upgraded us and a birthday cake was prepared before our arrival !! Will pick four season again for the visit next time !!

Excellent location - close to nearby Futian shopping malls and restaurants. Facilities of the hotel is also great but as one of the most prestige hotels in the world, I would expect more professional services from the staff (We have been frequently seeing staff playing around with their phones, playing video loudly while performing their duties).
Overall a great experience.

Pleasant experience! Impressed with the service as we received a High tea dessert, which was unexpected and when we came back from dinner, our bed and toilet amenities were tidied up!
For a first timer in SZ, this hotel is for you. Malls were within walking distance, quiet neighborhood yet there are cafes and numerous selections of restaurants right across the street!

We told the guest experience team before the stay that our trip is for wedding anniversary. They have well decorated our room beforehand with champagne and cake, which was impressed. Lounge access is flexible as we missed the afternoon tea on the 1st day and we are allowed to have it on the next day after we checked out. Lounge staff were all very nice and helpful. A very good experience in Four Seasons Shenzhen. Chinese restaurant staff are also helpful and they have prepared some simple decoration on our table which are also very nice.

Having stayed at a few Four Seasons and received top notch service and facilities, I cannot help but comparing this one with others. Most things are lovely but swimming pool, terrace and the bar is a little bit underwhelming for FS standard. I do appreciate this SZ one is cheaper than other FS though I've had much much better service at their other locations. I think it's important to keep the brand standard despite the location and hotel rate.
