I was extremely satisfied with my stay at Hotel Xipa this time and absolutely have to give it a positive review. The location is truly unbeatable; the subway station is right outside the door, and there are plenty of bus routes nearby. Getting to the high-speed rail station and city attractions is a breeze, as you can walk to Yannan Station in just a few minutes. It's incredibly convenient for both business travelers and tourists. The room was clean and tidy, the hot water was fast, and the bedding was comfortable, allowing for a really good night's sleep. The dryer in the washing machine was a huge help when it rained. Front desk staff member #6 was professional and warm; she patiently answered all my questions about local transportation during check-in, and her smile was constant. I'll definitely choose Hotel Xipa again the next time I'm in this area.

The front desk receptionist was rude. I ordered a regular queen room but she gave me a duplex instead. She told me my room type is not available and there are limited availability. However, I booked in advance and she had a bad attitude. She didn’t want to help or answer any questions about the room. There was no light in the kitchen so maintenance has to repair it. Wasted my time and the walls are so dirty. There was lipstick stains on the wall and shower was too small. The water pressure in the kitchen sink splashes everywhere. I told them no cleaning service but the housekeeper kept bothering us and tried to open our door! Very dangerous and unsafe to live here. The rooms are smelly and fridge stinks! There are 3 elevators but it takes a long time to get in and off. There are cats everywhere in the hallway. It smells like cigarettes in the hotel

Front desk staff member 08 helped me upgrade my room and also brought an extra comforter when I asked for one. The stay was pretty good, and the location is convenient for transportation.

This hotel is conveniently located near Yannan Metro Station, making it easy to get around. It's very convenient for trips to Futian Station, Shenzhen North, or even Hong Kong. The location is excellent, and it's also close to large shopping malls like Electronics World. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, everything was great, and it offers good value for money.

Great environment, clean and quiet. Plenty of shows to watch on the TV, and the front desk staff were very friendly.

The location here is super convenient, with many convenience stores and restaurants downstairs. Most importantly, the butler service was excellent. I contacted him at 6 AM, and he still replied. He also brought us supplies twice. His name is Butler No. 6.

The apartment was clean and spacious, and Housekeeper #6 was great – they even upgraded my room for free. I'd definitely stay here again.

For this business trip, I specifically chose an apartment hotel with several subway lines nearby. The transportation here is very convenient, and there are many dining options downstairs. The overall environment is great! 👍 The staff are enthusiastic, the service is thoughtful, and the room is clean and tidy. It's a great choice for business trips, trips with girlfriends, or family travel!

We had a great and convenient stay at the apartment. It was around 15 minutes walking distance from Huaqiang Market area. Down below, there were a lot of restaurants and convenience stores. Worker number 08 was also very helpful with our requests. We will definitely stay here again for future travels to Shenzhen.

Excellent experience we had our room in 17th floor and the photos were taken from the room, we can see the Shenzhen sky scrapers from the room window and the loft is impressive.

This duplex apartment is incredibly spacious, boasts a modern design, and is filled with natural light. The room is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, even including a washing machine, making it perfect for families or group travelers. The location is convenient, and the open view from the window is very relaxing. Overall, it offers excellent value for money.
