Pengke Boutique Hotel (Shenzhen Science Park Coast City)

I had a very satisfying stay! The hotel's location is super convenient, with easy access to transportation, and it's close to both attractions and shopping areas. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was very efficient. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, so I slept very well at night. The facilities were comprehensive, the Wi-Fi was fast, the shower pressure was great, and the toiletries were of good quality. The overall environment is elegant, and it offers amazing value for money. I will definitely choose this place again for future business trips or vacations! Highly recommend it to anyone who needs a great place to stay.

The room was unexpectedly huge! My friend and I were both surprised when we walked in. We came to see a concert and the hotel is very close to Shenzhen Poly Theatre, within walking distance. There are also many dining options nearby. The staff's service attitude was good.

The Coastal City shopping center is about a 10-minute walk away, with plenty of food and drink options, making it a great choice.

My colleagues and I booked three rooms for our business trip. Overall, it was quite good and comfortable. The only thing was that the scent diffuser at the front desk was a bit too strong. They might want to adjust that. The hotel's location was very convenient for our business destination.

The location is great, within walking distance to the subway station and shopping area. However, the facilities and service were really poor. When we arrived in the afternoon, we found the TV set-top box wasn't working. We asked to change rooms, but the front desk refused, saying it could be repaired. As a result, the set-top box broke down again in the middle of the night while we were watching the World Cup final. We went to the front desk at around 4 AM, and they gave us another card to temporarily watch it in a different room. If there weren't many people, why couldn't they just let us switch rooms directly?

Getting around the area is convenient, and the breakfast tasted great. The facilities were complete and clean, offering excellent value for money. My stay was super satisfying; I'll definitely come back next time.
