I really wanted to like this hotel because the rooms themselves are actually pretty nice, with soft mattresses and tons of cool lighting options. But some things are unbelievable, construction drilling happening at 8am without warning, you can hear doors slamming in the hallway constantly late at night and in the morning, and the cleaning ladies do not respect your privacy going into your room even when "DND" is on !!

The room is spacious and clean. The cleaner will tidy up everyday. Everyday they will supply 4 bottles of water, tissues and all amenities. The room got a big TV for entertainment purposes. Here also got 24 hours free laundry services. I have extended my staying period as the service here was excellent. This hotel is well recommended. 房间设施齐全，卫生做的很干净，酒店是新开不久的，住的很舒服，很安全，还有小礼品赠送，见面都会打招呼，前台服务员小何有问题也会用心解决，推荐推荐。

The staff was very helpful and accommodating especially for someone who was not proficient in Mandarin like me. The room was clean and organized well and space-wise it was on the cozier side. Perfect for a single traveler especially for the price!

We travel with a group of 4, booked 2 rooms. Got both upgraded when we check in at the counter :) Room is new, clean and spacious. We love the room. There are more than 20 restaurants down the road open until late at night and lots of ig-able coffee shop around to check out. We even went to massage place right next to the hotel. Definitely value for its price!

With such price this hotel is a great choice . Close to lots of restaurants and metro station . I was even thinking if I stay in Shenzhen long why wouldn't I rent this one for long term . Big room and good for couples. Friendly staff and lots of free things

This is my second stay. There are many delicious restaurants around. I highly recommend Yuanji Rice Noodle Rolls and Dianbai Duck Congee. It is also close to Nantou Ancient Town and Nanshan Museum, and it is very convenient to go to the airport. I will consider staying here next time I come to Shenzhen
