From the moment I checked in, the staff were welcoming and attentive, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience. The room was a delightful surprise, offering both comfort and elegance, with a cozy bed and a stunning view. The hotel's location is only 10 minutes from SZ north station, perfect for anyone takes high speed train. The on-site restaurant served exquisite meals, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable stay in the Shenzhen. It truly is a gem that exceeded all my expectations!

The hotel looks nice,the location is quite good .And everyone in the hotel is very nice and kindness, I feel warm welcome as feel like going back home. The hotel room is very comfortable, I really enjoy staying here ,last thanks to the manager Terry.

Great service by Terry to taking care of guests, impressed!
Very convenience, near subway station, restaurants and shopping mall where can come through inside of building, no need to walk and go outside espicially raining.
If I stay in Shenzhen, I will stay again in Genpla Hotel where is new, clean, good service, and good location.
