The apartment is very close to the dameisha beach, only 5 min. walking. The landlord is very nice and friendly. She responded quickly to all our questions. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. Even the MTR station Dameisha is at walkable distance (5 min). The kitchen needs a renovation, but it did not bother us as we had all our meals outside. There is so much choice for everyone. The bathroom did not have a shower curtain, so we had to mop the floor quite often to keep the bathroom and toilet dry. Other than that, we loved everything about the apartment!
