Dirty… for $600 HKD a night in Shenzhen I was expecting a higher level of cleanliness. 2 nights were the maximum I could take at the place, the facilities were also quite old, with mold on the walls in the bathroom. Bathroom also smelled. The staff was nice but I was quite disappointed with the room overall.

Little expensive for that type of accommodation but for stay 1-2 night actually good..

Overall good place. It’s located in 1km from Xichong beach. For surfing even further. Nearby several restaurants. Rooms are small but clean. No lifts. Overall good place to stay.

The location of the hotel is close to Xichong No. 3 Beach, which is very nice.

Booked this room for a friend. He really enjoyed his stay. They have a small shop downstairs where you can order some coffee and other drinks. The location is perfect for walking to 3rd beach.

There is a barbecue downstairs and the scenery is also very good. I will come again next time~

One-day tour of Shenzhen Observatory ~ It was so fun to spend time with friends. The boss was very nice. We arrived very late and the boss was still waiting for us to check in. The room was very spacious and the facilities were good. The suite we stayed in was very suitable for a group of friends to come and play together. We will come again next time!
