Love this, stayed twice. This time I booked an apartment (recommend over the room) comes with a kitchenette and sliding door separating the kitchen from the room. It’s not quite the ritz but it sure is comfortable and convenient. Will book again and again for sure!

Location is good for airport transit travellers. Very near to MRT Station, surrounding services is good.

The only bright side is its proximity to the airport. First, let's talk about the building itself (ie hardware). There's no lobby. Anyone can enter through a stair to the lift then to your level. While you need a room card to use the lift, people can always sneak in. Another thing is you cannot check in without going to the other hotel few blocks away. It made me feel unsafe. For the room, while it looks nice on photos, please be mentally prepared. The basin in not in the bathroom, and the toilet and shower are not separated. Second, service is meh. If you cannot speak Chinese, remember to prepare a translator friend (over the phone). Because of stress from the amount of visitors/complaints, it's noticeable that they were losing patience. Third, the smoking problem. At that time, we booked a non-smoking room, and it was confirmed by the staff. When we got in, we immediately sensed the smell. And we found an ashtray. There's also no window or ventilating fan, so basically the air has no way out except our lungs. Isn't it a non-smoking room? Despite this, the staff helped us change to another room right away (though it's next door). Staying here for one night is more than enough for me.

It was not bad , the room was big and clean , it was good experience , just there was no slippers for washroom .

The hotel is pretty conveniently located near the airport. It requires a taxi ride however, at least from domestic arrivals. The hotel is very affordable, and the room is good value considering. The only downside was that check-in is done in one building, but the other building is 100m away down the road. This means check-out also requires returning to the original building, and as they know this is annoying then they take a random deposit to be returned only when the card is. It’s a small downside really, but stands out from anywhere else I’ve stayed before. Otherwise the room was large with a decent shower and big bed (hard type of mattress for those that know both!). If I was in a similar situation again I’d consider staying here in the future.

Reality and room photo is huge different. It’s a budget hotel and suit for very short stay.

It’s good and clean

The room was big but very very simple. I did not have a feeling of much cleanness. Also the mattress was very hard and not comfortable (i know, this is a chinese thing but I want to mention it) i would probably find a different hotel next time

The location is very convenience. The only issue is there is no specific instructions for pickup at the airport. If one does not have heavy luggage, one can take the No 1 subway and get off at Hourui (后瑞）station. If from the airport, for ¥5 yuan take the No 11 subway (actually the only one 😢） and change at 前海Station for the No. 1 train. The trip by subway by No 1 train to Lowu 羅湖 is only ¥8 yuan 😄compared to the ¥150-¥180 by taxi😢 There are many many restaurants available. Almost at night, there is a food street market for the locals. Room and amenities are great. I also loved their SHOWER with great water pressure. That is what an exhausted traveler needs after a long day in the airplane or car. The shower is better than most 5-star hotels I stayed at. Highly recommended ！

We walked around for 30 minutes trying to find this hotel. We ended up just going down the street and staying at the Vienna Hotel instead. No pictures on the site of the front of the hotel or any instructions on how to find it and Didi dropoff location is incorrect. Never made it inside to rate the rest.
