DoubleTree by Hilton Shenzhen Nanshan Hotel & Residences

We were delighted when the front desk staff upgraded us to a suite. Every single staff member, from the doorman and bellhops to the front desk and cleaning crew, was incredibly polite and provided excellent service. The only downside was that some of the in-room facilities, like the light switches and TV, felt a bit old. Otherwise, everything else was great.

The hotel service is excellent; they always responded promptly to our requests. The facilities are comprehensive, and the location is also great.

The room was spacious with amazing views. The hotel was very thoughtful and proactively extended our check-out time to 4 PM, knowing we had a flight to catch that evening. The location is also excellent, making it convenient to get anywhere.

This hotel is perfect for families with kids. My daughter absolutely loved the swimming pool! The service was very attentive; they opened the car door for us and helped with our luggage.

The front desk staff were incredibly warm, polite, and professional. They proactively upgraded our room, which was very spacious and well-equipped. Overall, we were extremely satisfied and will definitely be back.

The hotel room was spacious, but overall it still didn't quite feel luxurious enough. The service was good and very polite. I didn't try breakfast, so I can't comment on that. It's very close to Holland Flower Town, and the price was quite reasonable.
