Overall, my stay was great, exceeding my expectations for the price. Check-in was quick upon arrival, and the front desk staff were gentle and polite. The room was spotless, the bedding had no strange odors, and the bathroom was dry with fast-running hot water. The soundproofing at night was decent; I barely heard any outside noise, allowing me to get a good night's sleep. The location is very convenient for getting around, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. There were no hidden fees. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.

This hotel is great! It's conveniently located near the airport and has access to two metro lines, Line 11 and Line 1. The environment is elegant and the rooms are very clean. The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were really friendly and helpful. If it's raining, there are shopping malls like Tianhong and Dali to explore nearby. On sunny days, I highly recommend visiting Mangrove Nature Reserve and Happy Harbor for stunning sunset views – it's incredibly relaxing. Definitely a recommended hotel!

Excellent location, situated only 1 stop away from Shenzhen Bao an Airport (Line 11). Many shops and restaurants nearby so you wont be short of choices. Massage and barber also available at a walking distance.
