The first few time they gave us a very tindy room. but for staying over night and u can not complain.

This hotel is right next to the border crossing, just a few minutes' walk away, and has a huge parking lot, making it super convenient for trips to Hong Kong. The kids loved the duplex design. The two large beds are perfect for families traveling together.

The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic! It's right next to a shopping district and a subway station, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping. The room was exceptionally clean; the sheets and bedding had no strange odors, and the bathroom was spotless, with all amenities provided and looking brand new. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. My stay was perfect, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

Near Shenzhen Futian Port , convenient to enter Hong Kong . Good location, friendly staffs.

The hotel is very close to Futian Port. You can walk to the border crossing in about 5 minutes. It's also very convenient to get to the subway station. There are many restaurants nearby, and across the street, you'll find plenty of snack stalls.

The room was a loft style, with a tatami mat upstairs, perfect for kids so they won't roll off the bed. The bathroom was spacious, and it's just a few minutes' walk from Futian Port Metro Station, making transportation convenient and customs clearance a breeze.

This was my first stay at this hotel. The location is great, very close and convenient to Futian Port. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. It's also an easy walk to Shuijing Night Market, which has lots of great food. I'll definitely be staying here again next time. Plus, it's super convenient and quick to catch the Shenzhen-Zhongshan bus from behind the hotel for just ¥28 to get to Zhongshan.

The location is quite convenient, close to the subway station. Unfortunately, the room had no windows, which made for an uncomfortable stay. Also, the dryer was a letdown; my clothes weren't dry even after more than an hour! There were also signs of a water leak from the air conditioner in the room.

Interesting hotel. Friendly budget. Robotic room service. Everything good.

Having stayed in many hotels, I'd say this one stands out among hotels in the same price range for its decor, cleanliness, and service. The self-service laundry room even provides ironing facilities. Beyond offering a dryer, its proximity to the window allows for natural sun-drying, providing a more natural way to dry clothes for guests who aren't in a rush.

Every time I visit Shenzhen, I stay here. It's very close to Futian Port, and in the summer, you can use the underground passage from the subway to avoid the sun. The hotel is also across from a food street and the famous Shenzhen restaurant, Chunmanyuan.

Poor room hygiene: 1. The bathroom sink countertop had obvious stains that could have been wiped off but weren't. 2. The towel hanging on the bathroom door had stains. I don't know if it wasn't washed or if the stains couldn't be removed and it wasn't thrown away. Poor soundproofing: Woke up at 7 AM by noise from the hallway. The main entrance is a bit hard to find if you're driving. Other services were normal.

The room was nice, and the location was great too. It's very close to Huanggang Port, making it super convenient for exiting the country.

Let's start with the positives: The location is absolutely fantastic. It's directly opposite Futian Port, and getting around by subway is incredibly convenient. Plus, there's an airport shuttle bus stop right next door! Transportation couldn't be easier. Now for the downsides: The facilities are quite dated. The carpets, windows, and curtains all felt rather dirty. There were water stains on the sink, and the glass on the second-floor loft was covered in fingerprints, clearly not having been cleaned in a long time. If you're particular about hygiene, you might want to think twice before booking. Also, the hairdryer and telephone were broken and unusable. On the brighter side, the two 1.5-meter beds were very comfortable, making it suitable for a family stay.
