I highly recommend Andaz Shenzhen Bay! I brought my daughter here for her birthday 🎂🎉, and the experience was absolutely fantastic. I especially want to commend Mia from Guest Relations; her service was incredibly warm and thoughtful. She helped decorate the room for the birthday, surprised us with a small cake, and even assisted with restaurant reservations. She's genuinely welcoming and always thinks of the guests, and my daughter was absolutely thrilled. In addition, the handsome front desk staff were friendly and attentive, and the restaurant servers were very sharp, proactive, and quick to respond. The hotel environment is full of ambiance, and the rooms are comfortable. It was a wonderful birthday stay, and the entire staff, represented by Mia, left a lasting impression. If you're coming to Shenzhen, you can confidently choose this hotel!

A very comfortable stay. The room designed by Tony Chih has a unique and exquisite feel, with thoughtful details evident in the furniture, fixtures, and bathroom amenities. Shenzhen Bay's overall functional planning is excellent, and the harbor square offers pleasant views. MixC shopping mall is right downstairs. The adjacent Shenzhen Bay Culture and Art Center and the 'Pink Underground' creative street are perfect for an afternoon stroll. This place truly feels worth visiting again and again.

Had such a wonderful stay! Stay here for 6 nights. From the moment I arrived, I received such a warm welcome from Mia, who was incredibly attentive, friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Such a lovely lady. Her excellent service really made me feel at home. The view was absolutely perfect, and I loved the unlimited minibar refills - such a lovely touch! The free-flow wine during happy hour was another highlight. Last but not least, a big thank you to the housekeeping team, who never failed to keep my room spotless and comfortable every day. Will love to visit again and thank you for the cute gift 🎁. Love it

The location offers stunning views; we stayed in a sea-view room overlooking the entire Talent Park. The rainy sea was particularly atmospheric. The breakfast was excellent, with complimentary drinks available all day, and free snacks and desserts served at 5 PM. The service was top-notch, with our butler Mia always available. They even gave the children a Little Prince art book and a plush toy of the celebrity dog MAX, which made the kids incredibly happy and added so much emotional value. Definitely worth revisiting, it offers exceptional value for money and is a prime example of excellent hotel service in China.

Overall, my stay was satisfying. The service was excellent. The room felt a bit smaller than I expected, but the view was nice, and the overall design was good. The breakfast was impressive and definitely worth trying, and the happy hour was also a blast. Our personal butler, Minnie, contacted us in advance and arranged for excellent room service. Next time, I'll probably need to stay in a suite to get that truly relaxing spacious feel.

I wanted to surprise my boyfriend for his birthday, and I'm so glad I chose Andaz! Our personal assistant, Minnie, was incredibly thoughtful and meticulous with all the arrangements, from check-in preparations to everything during our stay. Most of the staff were very polite. She was incredibly patient and had such a warm demeanor. Even after her shift ended, she proactively helped us coordinate and handle matters, patiently assisting us until everything was resolved. While a hotel's amenities might be memorable, it's the genuine care and human connection that truly makes you want to return. So, if I'm ever in Shenzhen again, I wouldn't hesitate to choose Andaz Shenzhen Bay! 👍

Having stayed at so many hotels in Shenzhen, the Andaz's location is truly unbeatable – getting to all the attractions is incredibly convenient. The interior design perfectly blends Shenzhen's urban vibe with old Nanyang charm, making a stroll through the hotel feel like visiting an exhibition. A special thank you to Chloe for following up on our entire stay; her thoughtful attention to detail was truly touching. Chloe's excellent service added even more charm to the hotel, providing us with warm and attentive care. Definitely five stars! We'll be back next time~

Room: Spacious and comfortable, the bedding was very cozy, bathrobes and towels were soft, B&O sound system, Byredo Eleventh Hour toiletries, TV screen on the bathroom mirror, and great city and bay views. The turndown service included delicious dark chocolate. The room layout was a bit unusual for me, but it wasn't a major issue. Public Areas: Filled with Southeast Asian charm, it has a retro, old-money feel from the mid-last century. It's perfect for photoshohoots, small and exquisitely exotic, not grand and spacious. The gym facilities are comprehensive, but the pool is a bit small. Location: Less than a minute's walk downstairs to Area A of MixC World, making it very convenient for coffee and shopping. Dining Experience: I tried the breakfast, which was semi-buffet and semi-a-la-carte – very rich! The beef粿条 (Guo Tiao) is a must-try! The baked goods were also very fragrant. Every evening, there were complimentary snacks and drinks, with different items daily, and all were delicious. The afternoon tea and cakes at Maygarden are worth trying. Small comparison with Park Hyatt (from the same group): Both are in the most central locations in their respective areas. Park Hyatt feels more business-oriented, while Andaz has more of a staycation vibe. The service at both is equally excellent. Park Hyatt offers more complimentary small items, while Andaz's service feels more human. Both breakfasts are abundant, but I personally think Andaz is slightly better. In terms of room layout, Park Hyatt is relatively compact and sensible, while Andaz is more spacious. Service Quality: Every time I passed by staff, they greeted me with genuine smiles, not formal ones, which felt very warm. But I must give a special shout-out to our butler, Mia! For our three-day, two-night stay, she took care of us very thoughtfully ❤️, handling things systematically, professionally, and warmly. Because of Mia's responsiveness, I will choose to stay here again next time I'm in Shenzhen.

Whenever I visit Hong Kong, I always choose to stay at this hotel for a night. The location is an absolute winner, perfectly balancing access to shopping districts and stunning sea views. The New Chinese design really speaks to my aesthetic, and every photo I take turns out beautifully. A special thanks to Chloe, who flawlessly handled everything from confirming my needs at check-in to arranging a lovely surprise at check-out. She was incredibly thoughtful.

I have to give a special shout-out to Mia and Cici from Guest Relations; their service was truly heartfelt. They remembered many small requests I mentioned casually and provided thoughtful care throughout my stay. They were gentle and patient with guests, making me feel very relaxed and removing that usual 'distance' you sometimes feel at luxury hotels. Whether it was for check-in assistance or requests during my stay, they responded promptly. While the facilities are excellent, it was their genuine service that truly impressed me. Even for a short one-night stay, the experience was top-notch. If I get the chance to visit Shenzhen again, I'll definitely be back.

Second time staying here. The MixC mall is right downstairs, which is super convenient for shopping. The breakfast is what I'd highly recommend – it might look small, but it's incredibly exquisite and I really loved it.
