First off, it's very close to Mawan subway station, just a 200-meter straight walk from the exit. The room itself was nice, clean, and hygienic. The breakfast was a simple Chinese style, which was fine. Just make sure not to book a room facing the street, as there's a food stall (dai pai dong) and an exhaust fan below, which makes it too noisy.
