Average stay at Burris apartment Hotel. 1 night, the place is okay, bathroom not very clean but the room is and the room is quiet. Room is big, bed is average comfortable, washing machine works, no dryer but air dry works with the air dry setup they have (clothe hanging rod).

Cleanliness need to improve, first room is full of cigarette smell, I requested for room change, and the second room also has  slightly cigarette smell. I couldn’t bother to make another room change. There is lots of detail in the room cleaning was not done properly. It is a nice place, but hope they can improve the cleanliness level.

Facilities: Comprehensive. Cleanliness: Excellent. Environment: Pleasant. Service: Outstanding, truly exceptional. Great neighborhood in the beautiful city of SZ. close to HK boarder and a perfect stop for anyone who is visiting the city. Hotel room was well appointed. Great view. Comfortable bed. Even a washing machine if you need it. Definitely recommend. Will be back soon.

This was my first time staying in an apartment, and the room was absolutely dreadful! Under the bed, there was a collection of dust, empty water bottles from previous guests, unidentified items, and even unopened contraceptives. I reported this to the front desk and requested a housekeeper to clean, but only a general staff member came up. What's more, there were cigarette butts under the nightstand, and it looked like previous guests had flicked ash right by the bed! I was too fed up to argue further, so I just cleaned the room myself with wet wipes. To top it off, I had to go downstairs myself to pick up all my food deliveries. Despite the presence of delivery robots, multiple delivery drivers told me that the security staff *prohibits* apartment guests from using them!

You wouldn't believe it, there was leftover hemorrhoid cream in the bathroom cabinet from a previous guest, and even a piece of clothing! This really shows how little they clean. The reception is across the street from the rooms, and they didn't mention this beforehand or tell us we could drive through the underground parking. We ended up dragging two suitcases two blocks! Parking is an extra 35 per night. There's nowhere to hang clothes, and the wardrobe door only opens halfway – what kind of design is that?! Absolutely awful!!!
