This hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to Futian Port and the Convention and Exhibition Center, and very close to the subway station. It's incredibly convenient for border crossings, commuting, and business trips. The surrounding area is well-equipped with restaurants, supermarkets, and all the necessary amenities. The room was clean and tidy, with a simple yet elegant design. It had great natural light and ventilation. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was effective in blocking out external noise. The bathroom facilities were complete, with stable hot water, and thoughtful toiletries were provided. Hotel amenities are comprehensive, including a laundry and drying room and a gym, making it easy to do laundry and work out while traveling. They even offer light meals and late-night snacks in the evening, making it great value for money. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, handling check-in and check-out efficiently and quickly. They were responsive to requests 24/7, and the cleaning staff were meticulous and thorough. I'll definitely stay here again!

I had been traveling for several days, so I specifically looked for a hotel with a laundry room. This hotel had two washing machines and one dryer. We stayed for three nights and did laundry every day, which was very convenient. What's especially worth mentioning is that even though I didn't see much of the staff, sometimes when I went up to retrieve my washed clothes, I'd find them already hung up to dry. That's truly thoughtful service, thank you! The cleanliness was great. The breakfast offered good value for money. They had freshly ground coffee and even allowed takeaways. There was a good variety of vegetables and meat dishes, and they even provided simple noodle supper in the evenings. The only downside was that on the first night, there was a musty smell when I opened the room, which took a while to air out. Everything else was excellent.

The hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient transportation. The service is also great, and it's super easy to get to Hong Kong from here. Plus, there are plenty of dining options nearby.

Whenever I visit Shenzhen, I almost always stay here. It offers good value for money, though rooms can be scarce on Saturdays and Sundays because of its convenient location right next to Futian Port, making trips to Hong Kong very easy. The hotel environment is quite nice, a style I particularly like, and the overall comfort level is high. The hotel's cleanliness is also good. What needs improvement, however, is the breakfast; it's quite ordinary, so I usually book a room without breakfast included.
