The first room offered stank of cigarette smoke. Although the hotel did switch to a better room, these problems happen regularly. (I stay at this hotel often.) DO NOT offer rooms that smell bad. DO NOT offer rooms where the air conditioner doesn't work properly. It is tiresome to have to switch rooms again and again.

The apartment has no smoke-smell at all, unlike some other apartments which say non-smoking but somehow there is heavy smell of smoke, very suitable for families. All the staff including the front desk, cleaning ladies, etc are all very friendly. A large mall is just next to it with nice dim sum and basement with lots of food options, very convenient.

Location it’s very good, many the power plug it’s not working.

Very effective followup if you left something and want to get back. They welcome guest from Hong Kong.

My son and I have stayed here on 2 separate visits to Shenzhen and have enjoyed the apartment it's comfortable and homey. The location is perfect for getting around in the city. Staff are friendly and accommodating, ever ready to assist with requests and polite.

Have stayed here many times. The apartment is located 👍🏻, close to Metro Line 4 and Line 9, and the exit is about a 5-minute walk away. Next to it is Joy City, and there are also various restaurants around, with plenty of shopping and dining options. The apartment is clean, well-equipped, and the front desk and room attendants are friendly and kind.

The room was comfortable enough. It would have been better if there was a dryer. It was raining that day. The clothes didn't dry in time. Then there are fewer sockets available.

One of the rooms has no window, the house was sloppily cleaned, and there was quite a lot of dust. Another small episode: I went to get a laundry detergent from them, and the front desk asked me if I was staying longer, I said no! Then they asked me if it would get wet after washing (I thought to myself, what does this have to do with you?). I said I would solve it myself, but the front desk finally told me that they didn't have it. If they didn't have it, then they didn't have it, and they asked me so many questions...

This is my second stay. The room is newer and cleaner than the last time. The staff is very friendly and quick to respond to requests. Just the shower head is old and the TV channel selection is small.

It is an apartment-style hotel with a high CP value. It is located opposite Excellence Hotel and close to Shangmeilin subway station, which is very convenient. However, the room has a little herbal smell, and there are no children's slippers, no children's toothbrushes, and no floor mats and towels in the bathroom. Charging sockets and cables are provided in the room, but you need to scan the code to pay. There are also paid power banks in the lobby.
