From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was warm and polite, checking me in quickly and efficiently, and even proactively pointing out important details, which made me feel very welcome. Any requests I had throughout my stay were promptly addressed with a gentle and patient demeanor. The room itself was clean, tidy, and cozy, with soft, comfortable bedding that ensured a good night's sleep. The housekeeping staff was thorough and meticulous, cleaning the room perfectly every day, showcasing their attention to detail. The hotel's overall environment was quiet and elegant, and its convenient location combined with great value for money made it an excellent choice. Both the service attitude and the living experience were outstanding, truly making me feel at home. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in need of accommodation.

This stay was absolutely terrible, avoid at all costs!!! The room was incredibly small, making movement cramped and oppressive. The bathroom was equally tiny, and there was no separate wet and dry area, so shower water splashed everywhere, leaving the floor constantly wet. The shower water pressure was ridiculously strong, the force of the water hitting my body was painful and uncomfortable; showering was pure torture. There wasn't even a hook to hang clothes in the bathroom, leaving nowhere to put my change of clothes, which was extremely inconvenient. The air conditioning buttons were highly unresponsive; I had to press them forever just to get a reaction, making it incredibly difficult to turn on the AC or adjust the temperature. On top of that, the soundproofing was abysmal. I could clearly hear conversations in the hallway, doors closing, and footsteps all night, leading to constant noise disturbance and making it impossible to get any decent rest. The hotel is in a remote and rather sketchy area. The living experience was utterly dreadful, offering extremely poor value for money. I won't be returning, nor do I recommend anyone else stay here and make the same mistake.

The location was great! The staff were super friendly and helpful, which is really reassuring to me. Only thing is you have to refresh your card daily in order to enter your room. You also have to request for room cleaning daily otherwise the default is no cleaning. Lastly, they only cleaned the bottom floor which I don’t mind but I thought it was a bit funny to note😂

This was an absolutely abysmal experience, so bad that even five 'very's aren't enough to describe it. This is a genuine review, hoping to warn others not to make the same mistake. I stayed here with my family during our vacation. Let's start with the room – it was incredibly small, even the family room was tiny. The website advertised bottled water, but upon arrival, we were told we'd only get one bottle per person. Then, after arriving at the check-in time, the front desk said our room wasn't ready and made us wait over an hour. During this time, the front desk staff did nothing to actively resolve the issue. Instead, they were incredibly rude, yelling at us and even saying things like, 'If you don't want to stay here, you can go find another hotel right now.' All these actions made the experience absolutely terrible. On top of that, there's a sign on the elevator outside the hotel that says if the elevator gets stuck, just press the button again from the outside, which makes me question its safety. In short, for anyone looking to book a hotel, please read this. I'm sharing this to help more people avoid this place.

Great location, excellent service, clean rooms, and really good value for money.

The soundproofing is really poor; I could hear the person next door watching videos. The room is tiny, and there's a foot massage parlor right outside. The lady at the front desk was very helpful though! The room was too small to even put my luggage down.

My stay here was quite good. The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance to the subway and shopping areas, making getting around super convenient. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and all the essential facilities were complete and functional. The front desk staff were very friendly and enthusiastic, and check-in and check-out were super fast. Apart from the average soundproofing, everything else was really good and it was very budget-friendly.

Seriously, you guys! This hotel completely stole my heart! The front desk staff, especially the lady, was incredibly friendly and helpful, answering all my questions so patiently. It’s just a 7-8 minute walk to the subway station, making it super convenient to get anywhere. Downstairs, there's a snack street with tons of hidden culinary gems – I couldn't stop myself from slurping noodles and devouring skewers! The room decor is super stylish, and even the bathroom has a smart toilet. It was such a comfortable stay. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!
