Mint Appart International Hotel (Shenzhen Futian Center) Reviews

It’s literally across the road from Shenzhen Sports Centre and very convenient if you’re there to attend a concert like I was. Subway station is a few meters away from the hotel. The hotel itself is spacious, and works has a good range of amenities including a washing machine and washing detergent. It’s not a luxury hotel, but it works for a number of reasons. There are a few eateries and supermarkets around and Luckin Coffee across the street. The staff at reception very polite and caring and offer follow up service to ensure we’re comfortable.i want to highlight 张 who is a breath of fresh air. She even gave us a choice of when we want our room cleaned which was very convenient and we didn’t feel rushed. Breakfast starts at 7:30 and closes at 9:30 so be sure to be up early if you want to eat. All in all a decent place.

Photos shown are not an accurate reflection of the condition of the room. It was generally clean but based on the cracks and stains, you can tell it’s an old building and an old room. So that definitely tarnishes the impression and stay. Note that the hotel seems to be used concurrently as an apartment for other locals. Service overall is good nonetheless. Breakfast is very basic. Nothing special.

Bagualing station (Exit E). Just one minute away. We got the 2 bedroom apt and it was really spacious and cozy. The receptionist was rly kind, we needed help to order food coz we don't read/speak chinese and she was v patient and helped us w everything!!

Location very good very near to Bagualing station, staff is great & polite. Good stay for family.

The hotel is next to Bagualing station exit E, just across Shenzhen Sport Stadium. You can find restaurants and mini mart nearby. It has lift make the guest with luggage feels convenient. I got a room with no window.

The hotel location is excellent — right next to the subway station and surrounded by many shops. However, both rooms had a strong cigarette smell from the air-conditioning, which made it difficult for us to sleep. The cleanliness of the room was not ideal, and the shampoo was not refilled during housekeeping. We had to contact them via WeChat at night to request a refill.

The room is very comfortable, the staff is very warm and friendly, and the location is very convenient. There is a washing machine and a refrigerator in the room, which makes me very happy. It was a very good check-in experience.

Hotel just above of the metro, but if you take taxi, they will drop you off at behind the hotel, and you might wonder where is the hotel. So just walk a little bit and look for the sign, the hotel is on the right hand side.

Nice loft rooms with food and metro nearby. Easily accessible from airport by metro too.

Location is perfect. Metro station is at the corner of the street. Staff is great, very nice. Rooms are questionnable. As soon as you walk in, theres a moldy smell. Walls has mold stains, curtains has stains. There was dead insects stuck on the walls. I even found what looks like peeled dried human skin on the bed. We even found a little friend in the bathroom. We booked for 2 nights, but it was late and we were tired from a long flight, we decided to stay one night and leave the next day. Staff was kind enough to appologize and refund the second night, which i appreciate alot.

The room and location are great. The front desk staff are lovely. My check in lady jiang is very helpful and pretty.

Mint Apartment Hotel is a gem nestled in a quiet, convenient location. The staff is very courteous and is able to help in many ways. The room is cozy and nicely laid out with a high quality bed, bedroom loft, living room, and kitchen. I enjoyed the constant flow of hot water while taking a shower. I also enjoy that the entrance lobby has a large workstation area with desks where guests can go on their laptops, read a book, or just relax. Breakfast was delicious. Overall, a joyful hotel in a great location at a reasonable price.
