Very good location for foreigners travellers, very close to metro station hardly 100 meter walk.have lot of restaurants to eat, supermarket everything around

The stay was excellent, with a full range of four-star amenities. The room was bright and airy, with fresh air and user-friendly facilities. The staff were highly professional, providing warm and attentive service. Parking was convenient, and the environment was quiet, making it suitable for both business and leisure travelers.

Toilet bowl was choked and had to get housekeeping. They came, but shortly after it was choked again just with normal usage. Cleanliness is below average. The slippers for external wear were mouldy. No handwash or soap. Only saving grace was front desk staff were courteous.

Choosing this hotel was such a smart decision! The room was spacious and well-lit, with a well-arranged desk and chairs that made working a breeze. The cleanliness was impeccable; every corner was spotless. The staff were professional, thoughtful, and incredibly polite. Breakfast offered a great variety of dishes, all tasting like delicious home-cooked meals, perfect for an energy boost. The elevators and corridors were orderly, contributing to the overall quiet and elegant atmosphere. The location is superb, close to business districts and transport hubs, saving a lot of time and effort for appointments and travel. I couldn't find fault with either the facilities or the service. My stay was incredibly comfortable and pleasant, making it an excellent choice for business trips. Highly recommended!

I like the locatin its far from downtown but everything you want its near it . The breakfast not too much . But rooms are good and clean

This is first time I stay in this hotel cause it’s near subway station. But very disappointed with the hotel. - Reception lady not have good attitude - Breakfast so bad, not so many option, when bread empty at 8am, they not add more, no Juice, no coffee , no water, only Milk and Soymilk, - In the bedroom, carpet is old and have some like small needle so need to be carefull, also some dust after renovation not clean perfectly - at Laundry Room, only have 1 washing machine and 1 electric drying machine. Drying machine need 2 hours to dry perfectly (too slow), they should have Gas Drying machine like other hotel so more fast drying laundry. - Gym room can’t be use due to renovation and and so many dust - Price more expansive from other hotel but service is bad NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL

We had an early flight to Shenzhen and booked in around 10 am. Staff were patient and friendly and very helpful considering my that we checked in earlier. The room was fine though the carpet had stains on it that hadn’t been washed off. Breakfast was so so. Close to metro station which was convenient

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel.

The rooms smelled too much of cigarettes for a non-smoking room. The music was too loud every night. The bed shook even though we were on the 10th floor. Mold in the bathroom. The carpet needed cleaning. The receptionists are very kind and helpful.

The location is very good. Turn right and you will find the subway station. There are also many restaurants nearby. The room is very clean and fully intelligent. It is very convenient and relaxing to live in. The auntie will ask in advance before cleaning if there are any places that need attention. The most important point is that the hotel is very close to the company. I will choose this hotel again on my next business trip

The room is very good and the room type has been upgraded. But there is no live broadcast on the TV. I hope this can be solved in the future.

It's so frustrating that the gym looks like this. I will never come here again.

Excellent location: just minutes from the subway. High floor: Enjoy the panoramic views and a quiet location.

There were people smoking in the lobby and elevator and no one paid any attention to them. The air conditioning was difficult to adjust and sometimes it didn't work. The room also smelled of cigarettes, but the front desk service was okay. There were very few breakfast options.
