The room is nice and spacious but found some cigarette ash in the morning by the bed, very disgusting.

Don’t like the negative review bother you. This hotel is great. Lifts a bit slow but value for money.

The hotel is very new and very clean. We could not connect our phones to the television so they staff were very helpful in resolving the issue.

A very nice hotel to stay. The receptionists for night shift I met during my stay were friendly and I got my room free upgraded! Highly recommend this hotel. About 10mins walk to the nearest metro station. About 3mins walk to the nearest bus station. Very convenient. 办理入住时已经是晚上6点多，前台服务很好还提醒我订的房没窗户，前台还免费升级了我的房型让我欣赏了深圳夜景，太感谢了！入住期间晚上的前台服务人员都很好，推荐悦得闲餐厅的早茶也好好吃！

The location of the hotel is convenient, the facility is modern with good city view

Very nice and clean, location is ok but not to much around to do in afternoon

The hotel is situated atop a 44-floor complex that includes a shopping center and offices. Unfortunately, there are only four elevators to serve the entire building, which makes waiting times excruciatingly long, especially during office hours and lunch breaks. The elevators stop at nearly every floor, making it a frustrating experience whether you're heading up or down. This was the only significant negative during my stay. On the positive side, the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming compared to another 5 stars property which cost twice as much. However, they seemed quite young and lacked in-depth knowledge about the city. This seems to be a common trend in many hotels I've stayed at across China, as most staff members are not locals and come from other cities or provinces. Despite this, their warmth and willingness to help made up for the lack of local expertise.

Enjoyed my stay at urcove thoroughly! The view was great and the team and 小苏 was helpful and friendly! I'll definitely be back again when I visit Shenzhen.

good services with upgrade,,bery convenient to restaurant and only 10mins walk to mtr station

Rooms are nice and well maintained. The lifts are a little slow, but hotel location is good being right above a neighborhood mall.
