Perfect for business trips, it's close to the city center and has a washing machine, plus it's pretty quiet at night. I'll definitely book here again for my next business trip! The host was also very thoughtful.

The place is spacious and well-equipped. The view is beautiful, and it's very comfortable to stay here. It's very close to the subway station, making transportation convenient. There are also many large shopping malls nearby for dining, entertainment, and shopping. The location is excellent.

The room exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort, it felt very much like home and was reassuring. My husband doesn't speak Chinese, but there were English channels and VIP movies available. Whenever we had a request, customer service was quick to assist. I needed some OxyClean to wash my white clothes, and a staff member brought it up to me. I was truly touched by their service.

The first thing we did after entering the room was to open both of our suitcases because, let's be honest, women bring a lot of stuff when they travel – clothes, shoes, makeup bags galore. If the room had been smaller, we probably wouldn't have had any space to move around. Here, the space is relatively spacious, so it was quite comfortable for two people. That evening, we went shopping in a nearby commercial district. When we came back, my friend suddenly realized she was missing an item from her shopping bag and kept frantically saying she must have left it in the store. We searched the entire room, only to find out she had simply put that bag inside another bag. We wasted so much time for nothing! These little mishaps often happen during trips, and now, looking back, I actually find them quite amusing. The next day, we visited Lianhua Mountain Park, and after returning, we just ate nearby. The overall itinerary was very relaxed, and we didn't have to spend a lot of time on transportation every day. The commercial facilities near the hotel are quite well-developed, making it convenient to grab water, eat, or buy things last-minute. For two people on a short trip, location and space are really important, and this hotel happened to meet both our needs. If you're traveling to Shenzhen with friends, I think this place is definitely worth considering.

Overall, this was a pretty relaxing experience. It's convenient for dining and shopping, and places like Lianhua Mountain Park are easy to get to. For anyone planning a two-day weekend trip to Shenzhen, I think this place is a great base.

The most interesting thing was on the first night after I showered, I realized I had forgotten my charger at the office when I was about to blow-dry my hair. I quickly went downstairs to ask the front desk if they had one I could borrow temporarily, and the staff helped me find a solution, at least resolving that night's dilemma. For the past few days, I've primarily used the subway, which made getting to Futian for my appointments very convenient. There's also no need to go far for food, as there are many options in the commercial area directly across the street. The only thing I feel could be improved is that the first time I entered the room, I wasn't quite sure how to operate some of the equipment and it took me a while to figure it out. Overall, it's quite suitable for frequent business travelers like me. Its biggest advantages aren't luxury, but rather convenient transportation, ample room space, and a worry-free stay. If I have business near Futian again in the future, I would choose this place again.

The LOFT duplex style was a pleasant surprise, with two floors and a spacious two-bedroom, one-living-room layout, ensuring that those traveling together wouldn't disturb each other. The window offers a great view, and casually gazing at the city streets provides a relaxed, home-like feeling. I was very satisfied with the cleanliness. The room was spotless, the bedding felt comfortable, and the bathroom had no strange odors. Many small details were well taken care of, and feeling clean and secure when traveling away from home is really important. All the necessary facilities in the room were complete, the appliances worked properly, and daily use was very smooth. The staff were friendly and responsive to any issues, and the check-in and check-out process was simple and not cumbersome. The apartment building itself was very quiet and private, so I wasn't disturbed by outside noise at night and could get a good rest. Compared to similar accommodations in the area, the value for money is quite high. It's suitable for both friends traveling together and families. This trip to Shenzhen was made much more comfortable because of this stay. If I come to Shenzhen again, I would consider staying here again and highly recommend it to friends traveling to the area.

This hotel offers excellent value for money. The service is top-notch, and the location is incredibly convenient, right next to Zhuoyuehui and the subway station. The staff, both male and female, at the front desk were all incredibly helpful. Highly recommend!

The room is perfect for families, much more convenient than booking two separate hotel rooms. Directly downstairs is Zhuoyuehui Shopping Centre, which is great for shopping and dining. The Line 4 subway makes getting to the city centre very easy.

The duplex three-bedroom apartment we booked this time exceeded all expectations! The three beds were well-distributed, and having independent bathrooms on both floors meant no one had to rush. The soft tatami bed was incredibly relaxing to lie on. It's really comfortable and convenient for friends traveling together or a family trip, a perfect experience! 💯
