Multi-dimensional Executive Apartment (Convention and Exhibition Center) Reviews

Apartment was very close to the train station, although it would be a bit tough to find for those who don’t use a mainland number, baidu maps and wechat. On my end, it was very quick and easy since i got in touch with their hotline before coming, who then asked me to add their wechat account and provided me with photo instructions on finding the place. Checkin was also done thru the wechat mini program before being given the door passcode, although we met by chance near the lift lobby once we came up so he already opened the door directly for our convenience as well. He was very considerate, checking if we needed any more stuffs and even arranging delivery of additional pillows to the room after we returned late at night and realized it. The package we booked included one breakfast only but he provided for all of us anyway. There are many restaurants across the road but most of them close up by 9 in the evening. I read the reviews beforehand so i was glad they were able to improve on the complaints written here, so i made sure to take photos to document them, but it would be wise just as well to remind them on wechat before coming so they can prepare enough items for the number of people staying. Things to note, there was a leak on the ceiling of the shower area, water was clear and it wouldn’t really drip on you from where you stand. The air conditioner in one room was quite hard to open at first, had to switch batteries to the other remote control (cover also broken 😂) and it tended to make weird noises from time to time but was able to sleep through it anyway.

Good location but poor services. 3 adults check in with shortages of basic toiletry e.g. just got 2 sets of paper towels and toothbrush. Provided 3 units of 1 inch thickness ragged pillow. Furnished with a kitchen facility without cups and spoons (basic needs) Poor maintenance and manner, smelly wardrobe and kitchen cabinets. The worst is entering our apartment before check-out time without our presence and permission.

First of all, the room is very clean and tidy, and the overall environment is also very good. The four of us will not feel very oppressive living there. The room is a suite with all the necessary facilities. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas (Figure 7); the living room has a coffee table and sofa (Figure 1), and a dining table + four chairs (Figure 2); the two rooms have a large bed, each with a wardrobe to the ceiling and enough hangers (Figure 4-6/8); the kitchen table is long and wide enough, which is very convenient for us to prepare breakfast and drinks (Figure 3), and the electric kettle has a heat preservation function, which is still warm after a night to the next morning; there is also a large clothes drying rack and washing machine (Figure 8) In addition, the location of the apartment is very close to Exit A of Chegongmiao Station, and there is a fruit store and convenience store downstairs Finally, the attitude of the service staff is very good, and they are very patient and quick to solve our problems, and the supplies in various aspects are also replenished in a timely manner Overall, our family is very satisfied and will stay here again next time!

It is very close to Chegongmiao Station A, only about 200 meters away, which is super convenient. The hotel is very clean. The facilities are complete. There are refrigerators and kitchen clotheslines, which are very comfortable for short and long stays.

The house is nice and the landlord is also very nice. It is very spacious and well-equipped. I was a little cold at night, so the landlord immediately sent me a quilt, which was very nice! ! Recommended!

I came to Shenzhen on a business trip this time, and I was quite pleasantly surprised to come here. It is very close to the subway station. The customer service butler will also inform you in advance, and you can find it after contacting. If you need something later, such as invoices, you can directly ask the butler on WeChat, and they will be delivered to you, which is quite convenient. There is also a washing machine, which is suitable for people like me who don’t like to wash things. You can also cook, but I didn’t do it. I also bought some drinks and put them in the refrigerator. I came back to drink them at night. It feels like there is everything, a bit like home. Although it is an apartment B&B, it is quite clean. There is also a scent of aromatherapy when you come in. I am always on business trips and rarely sit down to watch TV. I turned on the projector at night and watched it. I rarely watch the projector, so I just watched it casually. It’s quite interesting. The most important thing is this scenery. I like it very much. It was taken in the evening. It’s really beautiful. Then one was taken when I went downstairs to eat at night. It was taken at the sightseeing elevator at the end I sent it to my friends and they all said it was nice. Hehe (*^▽^*). In short, I think the location, the scenery, and the price are absolutely worth it. By the way, the most important thing is that it is very quiet. I have been to many hotels on the road and it is very noisy. The sound insulation here is really good when the windows are closed. It is also in the city center and there are fewer people at night. I seldom write good reviews, but this time it was really good and I am quite happy.

Although there are two rooms, the living room and one of the rooms have no windows, which makes it stuffy. The hygiene is not good either, there are hairs in the wash basin and dust on the table. There is no service desk either!

Great, the soundproofing of the hotel is a real "sleep bodyguard". The air conditioner is very quiet, and there is no noise when the door is closed. I hold online meetings in the room during the day without worrying about external interference. It is efficient and worry-free. There is a smart toilet, a large HD TV, and the room is fully equipped with new hardware. The service staff is very polite. The whole stay is convenient and safe!

It's right outside the subway station. The room is clean and well-equipped, especially the washing machine with drying and steam functions. It's great for shopping and dining downstairs.

The room smells like smoke ~ The refrigerator also smells ~ The laundry facilities are OK ~ The water heater will cool down after 15 minutes ~ The air conditioner on one side does not blow ~ I saw that cooking utensils were provided... but they were all rusty and unusable. I asked the landlord and he suggested that I mention the need for cooking before booking. Excellent location ~ very convenient to the subway.

The hotel has convenient transportation, right at the subway entrance, and is fully equipped with household appliances, including refrigerators and washing machines. The customer service guy is very enthusiastic. There is breakfast on the third floor downstairs, which is very convenient!
