Response from Property: Hello, due to the limited number of severe cold days in Guangdong's climate, most guesthouses in the area use single-frequency air conditioners, which function normally. Rooms are also equipped with heaters. We do not allow pets. The barking you mentioned likely came from our neighbor's dog (two buildings away). The surrounding guesthouse owners and residents have watched the dog grow up and have never encountered it barking all night. We have also communicated with the owner and are trying to keep it in the backyard. A few occasional barks from a pet dog at night are generally inaudible with the windows closed. We ventilate the room after cleaning and disinfecting. Did you leave the window open when you went to sleep? There is a table and a bedside table on the tatami mat, and another table by the window. The room also has a stool and wall hangings for clothes; all facilities are as shown in the pictures. Guesthouses are converted from residential houses, so the room decorations are varied and diverse. It's truly disheartening that you called our carefully run little shop a "garbage guesthouse." We are not high-end, but we always strive for improvement in hygiene and service, and we have earned the recognition of many guests since opening.
