Location is convenient, Rooms size is good.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. It is convenient for travel, with Raffles City shopping mall downstairs. The rooms are comfortable, and there is a park outside the window. The shower water pressure is large enough.

The location is great and it's clean. There are plenty of places to eat nearby. I think it's because of the location. The price range is a bit questionable. Have a nice stay~

This was my second stay. The location is excellent; it's right next to the Nanyou subway station, a shopping mall is just outside, and the hotel is a short walk back after shopping. Convenience is a major selling point.

The location is excellent, very close to the wholesale market, and with the subway, shopping malls, and convenience stores all nearby – extremely convenient! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shenzhen.

The washing machines in the rooms were all broken, and the decor was rather dated.

Convenient transportation, just a 5-7 minute walk to the subway station, and a large shopping mall nearby. We stayed in a deluxe one-bedroom room with a fantastic view. The balcony overlooks the park and has tables and chairs where you can enjoy breakfast while admiring the scenery. 👍🏻 The kitchen was also great, with four induction cooktops. The owner was very kind and lent us several pots, a rice cooker, and even woks, spatulas, and bowls. Remember to bring your own seasonings and dish soap if you plan to cook! The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, which was great. The design was very stylish. The only downside was the lack of hooks, so you might have to leave your clothes next to the sink. Also, the front desk service was excellent. 👍🏻 They even offered a free one-hour late check-out.

The room had a strong smell of cigarettes. I couldn't stand it the moment I walked in, so I checked out.

The shower water pressure was strong and comfortable. The bed was soft and comfortable. The view from the high floor was pleasant.

The location was convenient, leading me to believe there was a kids' club or facilities, but the facilities listed on the website were fake. Please remove the photos as soon as possible and stop misleading guests. It's truly disappointing.

The environment is comfortable, and there's a convenience store across the street, which is very convenient. The subway exit is a two-minute walk from the entrance. The lobby is on the 10th floor, right next to the Raffles City shopping mall. The front desk staff were incredibly kind; they even offered to add extra bedding for our group of three. They also let us temporarily store our luggage on the day we left. The environment, quality of the accommodations, and the politeness and attitude of the staff were all excellent. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in this area.

The hotel apartment is conveniently located, just minutes from the subway station, and Raffles City shopping mall and park are also nearby, making it easy to eat, shop, and relax. The apartment is also quite clean!

The service is good, the environment is clean, and the facilities are complete. I always stay at their place when I come to Shenzhen. It's close to the market, which is very convenient!

The location is great, right near Raffles City. There are plenty of restaurants and it's convenient. There were some issues with the door and the toilet flush. I'd come again next time.
