I could understand why Jen is becoming popular among the business travellers. It’s more private and convenient, however maintaining the signature Shangri-La services. Here, especially thank you to MINNIE&BEN at customer service, they’re extremely welcoming and kind, you may add the official WeChat contact, they may bring you whatever you need promptly. Location wise, it’s perfect for whom need to catch an early flight. The commute time between the hotel and airport is about 15 mins. In case, you’ve clients to entertain, the bar and brewery are open for 24 hours. It’s chill, and definitely could have a good talk.

Hotel Front Desk are very friendly and warm welcome, the lady Viola assisted with my checked out and gave a nice gift, me and my girl friend are very enjoy stay here, i hope to coming back again.

This hotel has become my all-time favorite since my last visit to Hotel Jen in Shenzhen. Everything here is just perfect—the impeccable service, spotless cleanliness, well-equipped gym, and the quality of the shower products they provide. That said, it was a busy weekend, and even when I returned to check in at 10 PM after storing my bags earlier, I still had to wait. The room next door was a bit noisy at midnight, but these were minor inconveniences compared to the overall fantastic experience. As always, the thoughtful touch of receiving a small gift from the hotel made me feel right at home. It’s these little details that keep me coming back. Highly recommended!

Anders and Bella’s service exceeded our expectations during the trip! Thank you for the awesome team in Jen Hotel; I really enjoyed their comfortable room and ordered the lavender pillow. It helped me sleep better during my second night of stay! We really enjoyed the massive and well-equipped gym - if you are a gym lover like myself, it’s no brainier to come to the gym everyday during your stay!!! Each part of the muscles would be well exercised 😌!

This is my second time staying at the Jen. It was so fabulous thats why I returned!! Room and facilities are nice. Everything you need usb, nice hair dryer, good bedding, good shower, robes and slippers, water machine are available. Viola at the front desk is pleasant and helpful!! We shall return!!

We stayed at JEN for 2 nights. Our overall experience was disappointing considering high expectations for Shanghai-La group of hotels. (1) The rooms were clean and nice as presented on photos. We had two twin rooms and we were told at check-in that most of their rooms were for king bed. Thus we were placed on the same floor but at two ends of the floor, 01 and 17. 01 side is nicer with partial sea view. 17 side has building and highway views only. (2) The area has quite a bit of constructions going on and there are many truck traffic at night which is quite noisy for light sleepers. We walked back to the hotel from a nearby shopping center (20mins walk) after dinner and the roads close to the hotel had non-stop container truck traffic. It wasn’t a nice area for after dinner walk at all despite proximity to waterfront parks. (3) We were attracted to the nice gym and pool facilities which were nice. However, kids under 16 are not allowed in the gym and swim caps are required for swimmers. Such information are neither available on Trips.com nor hotel website. We would not have booked this hotel if we would have been informed. (4) Staff service was decent. However, don’t expect staff can offer proper concierge service such as restaurant booking etc. It’s a self service hotel.

It has been absolute beautiful and wonderful hotel. Facilities are amazing and the kids loved the swimming pool. The birthday decorations in the room are nice.
