The room was incredibly luxurious and cozy. The shower had excellent water pressure, and the window allowed for good ventilation. A special shout-out to Chen at the front desk, who was incredibly attentive and helpful with everything. Thumbs up! Plus, there's a Pony.ai (robotaxi service) nearby, and it's right next to MixC World, Shenzhen's most upscale shopping district.

I had another wonderful stay at Grand Mercure Shenzhen Nanshan, and this marks my third visit to the hotel. The staff are exceptionally polite, professional, and always ready to help at any time, making every stay effortless and comfortable. The rooms are very well maintained, quiet, and extremely comfortable, creating a perfect environment to relax after a busy day. The overall service quality remains consistently high, which is why I keep choosing this hotel whenever I’m in Shenzhen. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers. 🌟🏨

I was very satisfied with my stay this time. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and orderly. The professional and courteous service from the front desk staff made us feel at ease. The room lighting was soft and comfortable, making me want to sleep in. The bedding and bath products were also excellent. I loved the millet porridge for the late-night snack and the rice noodles for breakfast! I will definitely come back again!

The location is super convenient, with a subway station nearby and plenty of dining options right downstairs, making food delivery a breeze. The hotel's security measures are excellent; the front desk carefully verifies food deliveries and visitor information, which made me feel very safe and secure during my stay. When I checked in with my luggage, the staff proactively helped me bring it to my room, which was a very thoughtful gesture. While I hope they might consider more convenient trolleys in the future, I understand that not everyone has a lot of luggage. My initial room had a slight odor, but the hotel promptly addressed and resolved the issue after I reported it. Their service attitude and efficiency are commendable. The breakfast selection was quite good, and the pho was delicious with flavorful toppings. They also offered late-night snacks. A couple of restaurant staff members had a rather mediocre service attitude, but the front desk and cleaning staff I encountered were all very enthusiastic. Overall, I had a good stay and would definitely consider coming back.

The most delightful surprise of this stay was the concierge service. Their attentiveness, which went far beyond their duties, truly added a personal touch to what could have been a routine experience. While facilities may age and sea views can become commonplace, genuine human warmth and thoughtfulness always leave a lasting impression. If I return, it will definitely be to experience that professional level of service again.

The location is fantastic, right near the subway station, so you get there quickly after exiting the station. It's incredibly convenient, and also very close to Nantou Ancient City. You can basically walk there, enjoy yourself until late at night, and then walk back in about 15 minutes without needing a taxi. On the afternoon of my check-in, the staff were exceptionally friendly. The room's amenities are quite smart, mostly voice-activated, which is very convenient. The hot water in the shower came on quickly, and the products provided were good. I slept really well that night. A small detail worth mentioning is that the disposable items (like toiletries) were all individually packaged, which made it feel extra hygienic. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay! The only minor drawback was the lack of enough trash cans; I suggest adding more in the future.

This Hilton hotel in Guomao is super conveniently located. It's right next to a newly opened subway station, just a 5-minute walk away, making it very accessible. It's also close to a transportation hub and commercial area, which is great for both business trips and sightseeing. Many attractions are nearby too. The hotel rooms are clean and tidy, and the housekeeping staff are very welcoming; they greet you warmly, making you feel like family. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and I fell asleep quickly after arriving late and taking a shower. The soundproofing is excellent. Flora, a staff member, was enthusiastic and thoughtful, with quick service responses. The breakfast was rich and delicious, and the value for money is outstanding. I'll definitely be returning next time!

All staff were friendly and attentive. We entered to a room with strong cigarette smell, the lady immediately brought me to other room, confirmed we were alright with it, and changed it within minutes. They somehow able to recognize us, and arranged for the cleaner to come at night to replace some towels, drinks, throw rubbish (even though we had put no cleaning/no disturb). Greatly appreciated. Queen bed and sofa bed used during our stay. Left only one office chair for usage. The hotel provided us with 2 stackable plastic chairs upon request. Hangers were not sufficient. We brought our own. The staff always take initiative to act. Knowing we have 3 pax, they provide towels, drinks based on 3 pax. The room comes with towels, toothbrush, tooth paste, comb, shampoo, conditioner, body foam, etc Room was cosy during our stay (outside weather was around 9 to 19 degree celsius for early Jan 2026). Our reservations come with daily breakfast. Good spread, decent breakfast. From 7 to 10am. A mini-mart is just below the hotel, restaurants are located at the building next to hotel. Other eateries and shops are within walking distance along the road (about 10mins) Our requirement for hotel are clean and comfortable this time, didnt factor in the distance to Metro/MTR/MRT since we intend to take taxi/didi/grab only. Not able to advise the distance from hotel to metro. If you love supper, you may want to order-in. The hotel front counter will arrange the cute robot to deliver to your room. Try it! The hotel quality is consistently excellent, with outstanding service and a rich breakfast spread. During my stay, Manager Lin promptly and efficiently helped resolve an issue regarding my room, which made me feel cared for and reassured. The room itself was spacious, and the facilities were very new. I wholeheartedly give this hotel five stars and will definitely stay here again.

The hotel's location is great, about a 15-minute walk from the subway station and 1.5 km from Lixiangyuan. It's also less than a 20-minute taxi ride to Talent Park, Shenzhen Bay, and Lianhua Mountain Park. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, with reasonable prices. It's quite suitable for families with seniors and children. There's a small garden out front, which is convenient for a stroll. We booked two rooms, and they were very spacious, just as described, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. It was a very comfortable stay and truly exceeded our expectations; my family was very pleased. The service also deserves praise. We'll definitely stay here again next time.
