This hotel is my second time and I will come again and again... It's great hotel for business purpose.. Around is very nice... Food and everything.. Hotel staff very nice.. The supervisor is professional . Breakfast is nice

The hotel is spacious and bright, making it suitable for both family and business travelers. A minor drawback was the bathroom lacking a door, which was a bit of a letdown. The location offers convenient transportation, and both the facilities and decor are good. It's close to the stadium, and there are plenty of dining options right downstairs. Overall, a solid choice.

I traveled to Hong Kong with my mom, and frankly, I was quite disappointed with the accommodation there. So, we simply decided to stay in Shenzhen for the night instead, and that's how we stumbled upon this absolute gem of a hotel! Newly opened in 2025, it's a proper hotel, not a guesthouse! The rooms are immaculate – bright, clean, and hygienic. They are about 30 square meters, featuring a two-meter king-size bed. My mom and I shared it, and there was even enough space for a third person! 😉 Each room also has a mini-fridge/minibar, a lightweight and stylish hairdryer, and a smart toilet. The smart toilet automatically opens its lid when you enter the bathroom and closes it when you leave, which at the very least ensures there are no unpleasant odors. What's most commendable is that the towels are stored not on an open shelf, but in a sterilizing cabinet with UV and ozone disinfection, giving us complete peace of mind when using them. Since we're not used to sharing one duvet, and we arrived quite late, almost midnight, the staff immediately brought an extra duvet. Also, as we have sensitive stomachs and prefer not to drink iced mineral water from the minibar, the staff thoughtfully delivered two bottles of room-temperature water. This level of consideration was truly touching. In short, both the facilities (hardware) and the service (software) were flawless. The breakfast, while not luxurious, was simple but incredibly practical and wholesome – congee, sweet potatoes, steamed buns, eggs, and vegetables – just like what we typically eat. I've already recommended it to several friends, as the value for money is outstanding!

The hotel's hygiene is good and it is definitely an industry benchmark! When you enter the room, you can see that the floor is as clean as new, the sheets and quilts are clean and tidy, and there is no smell even in the bathroom. This kind of attention to detail makes people feel at ease when they stay.

This hotel is perfect for family stays. The rooms are spacious, the amenities are comprehensive, and the staff are incredibly warm and thoughtful. Its location is super convenient, being close to Sun Yat-sen University, Shenzhen Institute of Technology, and Guangming Farm, plus it's just a 12-minute drive to the Shenzhen Science and Technology Museum. The breakfast, while having a 'business' feel and perhaps not a huge variety, truly excels in quality. I highly recommend the Roujiamo – it's fantastic! A quick heads-up: if swimming is a must for you, you'll need to book the Yiheng Hotel. Both properties share the same owner, front desk, and breakfast facilities, but the pools are separate. I was a little disappointed not to get a swim in this time, but I'll definitely plan for it on my next visit, haha. Overall, for a short family weekend getaway, I personally find this hotel to be an excellent choice.

Excellent stay, kind front desk staff. Felt good, quiet and very clean rooms and bath. Property should mention located at exit A on line 6 stop. That station is huge. Thank you for sending the forgotten headset back. I will stay again if I get a chance. Breakfast is small but tasty.

This was my first time staying at this hotel. The front desk staff processed my check-in quickly, were very attentive and professional, and even offered a complimentary room upgrade. The room was equipped with a negative ion generator, which was a huge bonus for aiding a good night's sleep! The surrounding area boasts a fantastic late-night food street with affordable prices and delicious food. The location is also very convenient for getting around.

The Chinese New Year's Eve company people returned to the Guangming New Year's Eve to live on the left for 3 days and 2 nights. The hotel is located in Daxuan isolation. It is about 15-18 minutes away from the subway station. It will be a bit difficult to push the luggage. The hotel is new and clean, the design is elegant and comfortable, and the takeaway has a meal delivery robot to send to the room. The children are very fond of 😆 The staff in the lobby are friendly and courteous. This time Zhong took the initiative to help me upgrade the left room. I hope I will live comfortably. Although the room is not big, it is better to train in the bed. The overall price is high. Adults and children are very satisfied. I will definitely stay in this room next time I return to Li. 👍

It's OK, worth recommending. I forgot to take pictures. I checked in late. There is a large floor-to-ceiling window. It is clean and hygienic. It is also close to the Internet celebrity bridge and Honghuashan Park. It is very convenient to go to Huangjiang and Chang'an.

Had a wonderful stay at EVEN Guangming and will definitely be back! The service was impeccable and everyone was lovely and friendly. There’s a lot to do in this technology area also so we will definitely be back. One thing to note, the pool is operated by an external company and doesn’t open until 2pm. But it is open until around 10pm which is great for older families 😁😁
