Family room with 1 large bed and single bed just right for 3person. Location is superb right in front of Line 11 exit C We have no issue even travel with senior person. Vy friendly front desk girl and helpful. We managed to sent over our tb/pdd parcel to hotel And it is well keep at the hotel. Nearby many eateries and easy to get around.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, near the subway and malls with plenty of restaurants! Will definitely come again!

The most convenient option near the shopping mall. You got all u need around the circle. The room is clean but a bit small. The most loved would be the balcony area that you can enjoy ur sunshine. (We bought the delivery and enjoyed the lunch there)

Very kind and helpful staff. Nice amenities, including access to laundry and a great gym. Convenient to a highway and a well connected metro stop in the (surprisingly empty) basement. Comfortable large room with nice views of the surrounding city.

The location is very accessible. The staff were polite and some could speak English to help me sort out breakfast. The room is spacious and simple. The amenities are modern and work well. The rooms are a bit ‘rugged’ so I looked over everything to ensure proper cleanliness was had. The bed is made fresh with white linens. Tea is available on the desk. A note pad is also there at your convenience. Breakfast was tasty. I recommend the steamed vegetables.

Hotel service was excellent, smooth check in upon our arrival. It was my husband’s birthday and I requested if they could do something special for him; they didn’t disappoint. Room was decorated and we got a complimentary birthday cake delivered at our room.  Breakfast was good, but was a bit disappointed with the dinner buffet, not many options for Western Food.  We had a relaxing time at the swimming pool and hubby made the most of the gym as well. Overall we had a nice stay at Kempinski.

Room was really good. I’ve sent a lot of parcels and they were really patient. The location was very good and convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful. Laundry service was very very good

Hi ! I always stay at this hotel during my business trips to Shenzhen. It’s conveniently located near the airport and Nanshan subway, with restaurants and local markets nearby, which makes my trip very enjoyable. Ms. Chaya and all the staff at the hotel are always friendly. Once, I accidentally left my Louis Vuitton bag on the sofa in the hotel lobby when I checked in and only realized it once I got to my room. I went straight back to the lobby on the first floor, and thankfully, the bag was still there. The hotel has excellent security, and the staff are always on guard in the lobby, so my bag was never at risk of being lost. These are just a few of the reasons why I prefer staying at this hotel.

Here some key points: Goods: - Situated in Nanshan district this hotel, this property is close Sea World, subway and many local shops and eateries nearby - Hotel staff is good and polite - Rooms are clean and smart home enabled Not so good: - Room size is small - Breakfast options are limited

The location of the hotel is very convenient, lots of places to get food nearby and the closest metro stop is only few minutes of walking away. The room is clean and comfortable, everything necessary to have a comfortable stay is provided by the hotel. The staff at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and book again :)
