This is a beautiful and quiet hotel located conveniently near Shenzhen’s SeaWorld. It’s an ideal choice if you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing environment. There are plenty of restaurants (and a mall) within walking distance, or you can enjoy the hotel’s own dinning options, which are reasonably priced (+ excellent service) People were polite and professional. Housekeeping was excellent, rooms were cleaned thoroughly everyday. Daily provision of complimentary water bottles (can grab extra from common areas) - a thoughtful touch. The only downside was the wifi. It could be slow at times and occasionally disconnected, which may be a concern if you rely on it for working.

construction is happening nearby. but not too noisy. Rail in shopping mall is just next to hotel.  swimming pool is great, especially zaccuzi. afternoon tea set was great, breakfast was nice.  will revisit, after all the construction is over.

Amazing stay at Jiangnan house nantou, which is located in an adorable neighborhood! Kind and helpful staff, who helped to transport our suitcases the old city gate. They also provided good insight to the hotel concept and food recommendations. Thank you!

A wonderful place to stay in SZ. Right next to the station and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. They helped us with getting around when we couldn’t read Chinese. The rooms were huge, spacious and even had a walk in closet. TV was fantastic with english channels. The room came with executive lounge access which included afternoon tea and breakfast, it was a delight! Fabulous staycation! .

Hi ! I always stay at this hotel during my business trips to Shenzhen. It’s conveniently located near the airport and Nanshan subway, with restaurants and local markets nearby, which makes my trip very enjoyable. Ms. Chaya and all the staff at the hotel are always friendly. Once, I accidentally left my Louis Vuitton bag on the sofa in the hotel lobby when I checked in and only realized it once I got to my room. I went straight back to the lobby on the first floor, and thankfully, the bag was still there. The hotel has excellent security, and the staff are always on guard in the lobby, so my bag was never at risk of being lost. These are just a few of the reasons why I prefer staying at this hotel.

I've book 2 rooms in this hotel for my family. The location is very good which between several malls and restaurants. However the facilities need to be improved. One of the room has not good smell, i need to required to change. Hope Atour will improve. But The reception attitude was good and enthusiastic. Beside hotel provided free ricesoup and dessert at night which was delicious. Basically i and my family has a good time in atour.

Cloae to an underground atation. Clean and comfortable hotel. Staff were helpful. The buffet dinner was very good. It is close to mamy restaurants and a theatre.

Pretty comfortable homely feel. Has basic amenities like toiletries. Would have liked some bowls for instant noodle. Anyway, good view and nice location. Subway entrance at front of ground floor.

Stayed here a few times. Everything is fine. Only problem is that the gym opens at 0730 which is too late into the morning. The reason for this is because the gym and pool are detached from the hotel itself. This current time, my room wasn’t ready until 6pm. Not super satisfactory.
