I am from France, During my recent visit to Shenzhen for a conference, I stayed one night at Coli Hotel. I was truly impressed by the exceptional service, especially from Manoj, upon my check-in, Manoj went above and beyond very warmly welcoming me, explaining the hotel’s facilities, and sharing helpful local tips. His attention to detail was remarkable—he remembered my preferences and even shared stories of past guests like Paris Saint-Germain (PSG), Borussia Dortmund, and FC Bayern Munich Knowing that the hotel has hosted such iconic teams added a unique touch to my stay, Manoj exemplifies top-tier international hospitality, combining professionalism with a warm, personal approach. Though Coli is a local brand, the service feels world-class. For future business trips, I’ll be sure to book at Coli Hotel.

We travelled as an expat familiy. From the first moment we entered to the time that we left, everywhere, everyone and everything was excellent. The staff was friendly and professional. The room was well maintatined and facilities were excellent. The view was the lake with the golf course. We enjoyed playing golf as well. The restaurant buffet was fantastic. The hotel provided fruits every day to the room free of charge and the room service was amazing. Highly recommended and we will definetely stay again. A big thank to everyone.

I stayed here 8 years ago and recently returned for a business trip. The hotel is still very well maintained — clean, quiet, and professionally run. It helped reduce my travel fatigue a lot. -Room: Clean and comfortable - Pool: Great water quality - Gym: Spacious and well-equipped (but I didn’t get to use it this time) - Breakfast: Tasty and exceeded expectations Location: Convenient, though some nearby road construction required a short detour to get to restaurants There are many lamb skewer restaurants nearby, but I didn’t have the chance to try them this time. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely return.

The hotel is very comfortable to stay in, with complete facilities and equipment. The takeaway food ordered is delivered to the room by robots. The room is warmly decorated and very comfortable to sleep in. There is also a self-service laundry room on the first floor, equipped with a dryer and ironing machine, which is very good, great!

The reception checkin and out was efficient. We checked in very late and had room upgraded. Front desk was extremely friendly and welcoming. Room was spacious and luxurious feeling. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

The first stay was ok, but this time it was speechless The room was close to Longgang Avenue on the first day, and the cars were noisy all night. The KTV next to it sang until late at night The room was changed on the second day. The machine opposite was very loud, and the hotel windows were not soundproof. There were big cockroaches in the room😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱 On the third day, there was another cockroach in the room😱😱😱😱😱😱😱 The hygiene under the toilet in the bathroom is relatively poor. Since the bathroom is not separated into dry and wet areas, there is too much water on the basin floor. Can it be covered with a water curtain?

I often stay in this hotel, which is very convenient for work. The room is still a two-bedroom and one-living room. It is much larger after the upgrade, with good privacy and no need to worry about being disturbed. The service staff Chunjuan is very considerate to help arrange it. I will come again next time.

Convenient location with shopping, food, convenience stores, etc all at close proximity. There's also a nice chill bar just few doors away (see photos). Excellent customer service and rooms are spacious and comfy. Highly recommended hotel 🏩. 👍

The hotel is close to the subway entrance and the transportation is very convenient. The location is also very quiet. The facilities and equipment are complete, the service attitude is also very good, there is a free laundry and drying room, and a lady with glasses upgraded my room type and patiently answered my questions and gave guidance. The price is very cost-effective.
