No deposit is required. Great room size, good view, clean washroom. Room soundproof so we sleep well, even our room near lift area. Service robots delivery very efficient. Before arrival, we had inquiries via wechat & 歡小朋 is very helpful to solve our problem 👍 We enjoy the stay here, also breakfast good food quality. Next time we should stay again. Value for money. (Breakfast time, many people wait & long queue for the fresh brew coffee. Maybe can have one more coffee machine.)

A very new hotel which looks like still in soft opening. The red cover paper on part of the name plate was still there. The location is away from city centre, requiring 1 hour 10 mins by metro from Futian city centre. The metro station is just 3 mins away on foot. The neighbourhood is very local and rather old which I enjoy walking around, things are cheap. The room is very spacious, interior clean, air conditioning quiet. But the metal frame outside the windows is very dusty and dirty. Breakfast is simple. The plates are oily and not clean. Checkin is slow. I had waited for 20 mins although there're only 2 guests in front of me. The price is excellent. There're some eateries and shopping centres in the vicinity.
