Pros: Excellent amenities, great room layout for families Cons: Slow check-in process, communication gaps, walk from subway Location & Accessibility: The hotel is about a 10 to 15-minute walk from the nearest subway exit. In the middle of a hot summer, this walk can be quite challenging and uncomfortable unless you really enjoy the extra exercise. Room Experience: We booked the CPO 1 Room, which features two independent rooms. Each room comes with its own TV, shower room, washbasin, and shower room. While the overall footprint is on the smaller side, it is very well suited for a family stay. A major highlight is the ability to close the door between the inner and outer rooms at night, allowing one person to enjoy late-night TV without disturbing their partner. Facilities: The facilities here are top-notch: Swimming Pools: Features both an indoor pool and an outdoor infinity pool, both of which are very well-sized. Fitness Center: Unexpectedly large and impressively well-equipped with a wide variety of machines. Areas for Improvement: Check-in Delays: Weekend peak-demand management needs significant improvement. Official check-in was at 2:00 PM. We called the front desk at 3:00 PM while out at the nearby mall to confirm if our room was ready, but upon returning, we were told it was still not available and were asked to wait another 45 to 60 minutes. We weren't assigned a room until after 4:00 PM. On our way to the room, we noticed several rooms that appeared clean and ready but were left unassigned. Lack of Communication: Staff missed several opportunities to inform us of basic perks. We were never told about the common lounge offering complimentary coffee, tea, and water until our second day. Additionally, no staff mentioned the free fitness classes offered at the gym, which I only discovered by chance on my own.
