the good: hotel room was very clean including high quality amenities. hotel bed was also very comfortable, perfect for a good night’s rest after a long day out. concierge was also of excellent service, special shoutout to 小李 at the front desk. he was extremely helpful during our initial checkout and when we told him we needed to book an extra night a day later, he immediately processed the booking for us. well definitely be back at this hotel again the next time we’re in this area, thank you! the not-so-good: location might be remote for some people but ride-hailing would solve this issue. another is the lackluster breakfast.

House keeping staffs are very helpful, the location is excellent just right next to the Mall. Family friendly, will definitely book this hotel again.

Hotel was very clean, big room, Lounge was good for its price, breakfast buffet was definitely one of the best out of all hotels so far in Shenzhen. Playroom for kids was... quite rundown but kids loved the mall next door and staff spoke good english, very helpful/hospitable. Cookie was a plus too!

I recently visited the Mission Hills Golf Club in Shenzhen, and it was an amazing experience. The facilities are top-notch, including a well-equipped pro shop and a comfortable clubhouse where you can unwind after a round. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met throughout the day.One of the highlights was the variety of dining options available. The restaurants offered delicious local and international cuisine, making it a great place to refuel after a game. Overall, Mission Hills Golf Club is a must-visit for any golf enthusiast. I can’t wait to return and explore more of what this fantastic venue has to offer!

Nice hotel but walkway from metro to hotel has a lot of construction hence can be difficult if rolling luggages. Hotel provided a room upgrade and room is large with toiletries provided or upon request. Hotel has few restaurants but we didn't have the opportunity to try. Overall comfortable hotel with good service, will choose if in same area again.

The hotel is very good, location is good, it is near country side. You can go to the greenroad to bike to walk. The room is large with modern decoration. The hotel facility, e.g swimming pool is good. Food and breakfast is also good. The staff is very helpful. A young lady staff, her name is Wendy Wu is very nice, professional and helpful. Overall, this hotel is high recommended.

Big room, clean and convenient. Service was prompt, polite and quick. Good breakfast with a variety of choices. There are many eateries around. There is a Karaoke bar and McDonald's nearby. The hotel is about 30 min away from the airport. I really enjoyed my stay here. If you need to visit this part of Shenzhen for work or for staying then I recommend this place without hesitation.

The room and infrastructure are great, nothing to say. I will stay here again when I am on a business trip. It would be even better if there is a gym. The front desk service is very good. I wanted to check in early but there was no room available without communication at the beginning. The lady was very friendly and paid to upgrade the room so that I could check in. She also helped coordinate my personal needs when checking out. I will choose it next time.

The hotel room is very large, with a living room area. It is not far from the commercial area and can be reached on foot. Because I want to go to Futian Station to take the high-speed rail, it is very close to the station. There is a subway station entrance outside the door. I can walk to the high-speed rail station directly according to the signs. It is very convenient. I will choose it again next time if I have the chance.
